***Roc Royal's POV***

I peeked from backstage and looked. The auditorium was filled w. our fans waiting to witness girls audition.

"Roc did you hear me?" Keisha took me out my daze.

"Yeah, I heard you." I lied.

She gave me a look and continued to talk.

After Keisha finished talking, they escorted us on stage where we told the audience what we were looking for.

"I want to see something dope, something orginial." Prod spoke.

"I'm looking for something hot!!" Ray smiled and all the girls started giggling.

"I'm looking for..." I started, the girl i bumped into earlier walked through the door. Ray nudged me "I'm looking for someone who is music, they don't dance to the music, they live through the music." My eyes stayed glued on her.

Then it hit me. I knew I'd seen the name NYSA107 before. Earlier when I knocked her bag down.

I tried to pay attention to the auditions but It was hard. I wanted to talk to her before we left.

Prod stood up "Okay an hour into auditions, 33 girls have auditioned. We have 30 more minutes."

Ray talked next. "So far everyone has been good. This is going to be a hard decision."

"But next up We have Maya Tyson."

The crowd clapped.

"Whoooa yaaaay!!" I seen a small group of four cheer the loudest for this Maya girl. I looked again and realized the girl from earlier was one of the four.

It kind made me sad she was here supporting her friend and not actually auditionig because she would have my vote!

The girl friend went on stage and did a decent job.

I decided I would vote for her so that I could get to know her friend.

Four more girls went up and did their thing.

"Okay, we are at the last 5 auditions." Princeton talked into the mic.

"But if you are a female student here then you still have a chance to sign up" Ray Ray spoke.

"Alyssa Carmicheal." Prod called out.

A girl from the girl group walked on staged. Smiling too hard.

She did a whack Ballet routine.

I still voted for her cause I figured eh it was a chance to get to know her friend.

"Aye Roc look who up next." Ray whispered to me.

I started laughing. "Lovely Saleem" I tried to call out with a straight face but it didn't work. I started laughing.

The pretty girl from earlier headed towards the stage mugging me w. every step she took.

I stopped laughing.

She turned on the get like me instrumental.

Her take off was amazing.

I watched mesmorized as she swayed back and fourth moving all over the place.

Finally the auditions were over.

"Thanks to everyone who auditioned, if you stick around for about 15 minutes we'll let you know the results" Prince said and we all walked backstage.

****Hazel's POV****

"Hazel calm down." Janise patted my hair.

"I can't believe he laughed at my name." I was in tears "I don't even want to do this if I do win."

"Its okay. You see he shut up once you started dancing" Alyssa tried to make me feel better.

I sniffled and laid my head on Alyssa.

I swear I seen Maya roll her eyes but I shrugged it off.

Moments later our principal walked out.

"Hello NYSA107, the boys had to leave they have a meet and greet and guest apperance on 106& park but they left me with the results! now who wants them?"

The audience went wild.

I started getting butterflies as I saw her unfolding the paper.

She put her mouth back to the Microphone.

"Leiyah Baxter &....."

I plugged my ears I didn't want to hear if my name didn't get called or not.

All I hears was everyone screaming. Especially my friends.

I unplugged my ears.

"Come on Hazel! Come up here." Mrs. Greeding motioned for me to come on stage.

I started crying and walking.

I couldn't believe that in a matter on minutes my life had changed.

"Congratulations you two, you have won the contest and will be dancers for Mindless Behavior 3 cities, 2 days holiday tour.

They handed us our information. Where dance reharsal was held, how long. I cried as I read the material.

This was a start to a new begginning.
