Mission Impossible: Seducing The Badboy

"Levy! You're going to be late if you still keep lying there !"

"Mhn? Shoot !!! I'm late !!!!", I quickly got up as I realized it's already 7:00 am. One hour to go before class starts. Great, nice impression for your first day. I quickly run off to the bathroom and took a quick shower - not even bothering if I scrubbed or not.

"Levy !!!!", I hear my mum shouting my name from downstairs.

"I'm up!!!! Why didn't you wake me a little earlier mum ?!"

"I tried !!! But you keep mumbling 'five minutes' !!!!", she shouts.

"Where's my schedule ?!", I shout as I turn around my room making sure that I packed everything.

"I put it on your bag !!! Come here so you could grab a breakfast !!!". After checking my schedule in my bag, I quickly ran downstairs and saw my mum working on her laptop.

"Bye mum !", I said as I ran to the fridge to grab an apple.

"That's not an appropriate breakfast young lady.", she says as she stares at me through her glasses. Her blue hair is in a messy bun and she wears a loosely t-shirt and a comfy shorts.

"I know, I'll get some on my way.", I said as I kiss her forehead and walk towards the door.

"Bye!"

"Come home early okay?", I just nodded and close the door. It will be a roughly thirty minutes travel time from my home to school. 

I'm actually a transferred student here. I used to go to Fiore University, but since we need to move because of mum's work, I'm forced to change my school. But it's really okay though, there's no much difference because I don't even have friends there and the good part of changing school - is Gray ! We are attending the same school now! He started to live here in Magnolia once he got in high school but we both came from Crocus.

I arrived at school a little close to 8:00 am.

"Shoot. 10 minutes more.", I run the last way to my locker and completely shove all the unnecessary things for my first subject and dashed off to my classroom. First subject, Literature. I got to the room right after the teacher came. I inwardly sighed. I'm not late.

"Goodmorning. I'm Mr. Alberom and I will be you teacher in this subject for the rest of the semester.", after a short introduction, the teacher started his lecture. He looks like those professor-type character on my books. Formal white polo shirt under a gray vest - a similar gray coat hanging on his chair, a round glasses sitting atop his nose. Brown hair with gray streaks on the side is properly combed and waxed, and although he has a beard, he still looks clean unlike some men I know with similar beard who looks like a lunatic and forgot how to care for himself. He looks posh and grand. 

As I start to write some notes, a blond girl taps my shoulder. "Hi.", she says as she keeps glancing at the front to avoid getting caught speaking in the middle of a lecture - we know how that would turn up, detention.

"Uhm, hi?", I hesitantly replied.

"I'm Lucy. You must be Levy Mcgarden huh ?", she says as she glanced over me then back to the front again pretending to listen at whatever the teacher was saying. The girl, Lucy, has a shoulder-length blonde hair tied by a blue ribbon in a small ponytail to the right side of her head with the rest of her hair loose. She glances back again - looking at me with her brown chocolate eyes with a small but bright smile plastered on her face. I can see the fascination in her eyes as she looks at me every now and then while trying to look interested in the subject.

"Uhm, yes. How do you know my name ?", I ask slowly glancing over at her and gives her a questioning look. She muffled a low giggle first then answered.

"I heard so much about you from Gray. He told me that her best friend, a certain blue haired girl, almost have the same schedule as me. He told me all about you, I think you are a cool person.", she smiles.

"Oh.", was all I said. 'Gray? He talks about me with his... friends. And every time!' I can't help the blush that slowly forms in my face. I heard Lucy snickered besides me and the sudden realization hit me.

"This isn't whatever you're thinking !!!", I shouted at her as I stand up - completely forgetting that I am in the middle of the class.

All the students stared at me and the teacher, completely shocked at just what happened, begins to clear his throat.

"Is there something wrong, Ms Mcgarden?", he asks as he looks at me, irritation completely written all over his face.

I shook my head and mumbled an apology. I took my seat and stare at the front ignoring all the weird gazes upon me. What a nice first impression.

"Sorry. I didn't know about that.", I heard Lucy whispers at me. I glanced at her and saw the regret in her eyes. Well, it's not her fault. I smiled at her and told her that it was okay. She smiled back at me and we both giggled and starts to listen at Mr. Alberom.

After  half an hour, the class bell rings, signalling that the first class was over. Great. Finally. I grabbed my bag and walked to the door only to be met by Lucy.

"Hey, let's walk to class together."

"Sure.", we both head for our next class. Science.

Lucy seems to be a good person. Actually, I like her already. She's pretty and kind of approachable too.

"Sorry about earlier.", she says as we walk along the hallway.

"No it's okay. It's actually my fault. I shouldn't just burst out like that."

"Still, sorry."

"It's okay."

"Hey, I heard you love books.", says Lucy completely changing the subject.

"Uhm, yes. I really love reading."

"Me too !"

"Really?", I asked. Wow, she doesn't look like a book lover. You really can't judge a book by its cover. I mean she's really beautiful so I thought she spends most of her time shopping or hanging out with friends or something. Not spending hours with a book.

"Yes. Gray is right. It'll be easy for us to get along. Let's talk about this later okay ?", she says as we enter our classroom.

"Yeah sure.", I said as I smile towards her. Lucy, my very first friend in this new and unfamiliar place. Now I'm sure I'm going to have fun in here.
