Mission Impossible: Seducing The Badboy

→chapter eighteen

Another rehearsal for the day. But this time me and Darren will have to practice more of our scenes. Especially the last part where the beast is laying on the ground weakly.

"If you hadn't let him go, this thing wouldn't happen.", I say as I try to make myself cry. But with a scene such as this, it's not really hard for me to cry. I'm so easily touch by something that I always end up showing my emotions like an open book.

"But, there is something called .... mercy. A-at least I got ... got to see you... one last time.", Darren says weakly as he smiles towards me.

"Don't talk like that ! You're going to be alright ! I'll never let you die.", I said feeling tears slowly streaming down my face. I heard everyone awwed and gasp as they watch us.

Darren slowly glanced at the magical rose at the side.

"It's .. better this way."

"No ! I-it can't be. Please ... I-I love you !", I said completely sobbing.

"Cut !!", Cana shouted. Everyone cheered as I wipe the tears on my face.

"Good job Levy ! That was awesome !", Cana said and run to me.

"That was amazing Levy.", Darren says as he stand up and dust off himself.

"Thanks. You did well too.", I said smiling brightly at Darren.

"Ok everyone gather up ! We will try practicing tomorrow from scene one till the last scene, and with costume. It's not the actual costume but a replica. Got it ?"

"Yes.", we all said in unison.

"Ok, that's all for today. Great job everyone ! Except you Gajeel. You keep stuttering on your lines. Try to remember and practice your lines."

Gajeel just turned away with a tch and pack his things in his bag. We all pack our things and left the clubroom to get home.

Morning came and I prepared myself for the school. I pick my script on my table and walk downstairs to grab some breakfast then make my way to school.

After couple of hours I got out of the classroom as my third class end.

"I'm so looking forward with our costumes. I wonder if it'll look great on me.", Lucy says with hoping eyes.

"Don't worry. It will be the best. I trust Cana's judgment.", Mira says as she tuck strands of hair behind her ear.

"Me too. Well, bye guys. I'm off to my usual place.", I say as I start to walk to my 'usual place'.

"Oh, meeting with your boyfriend?", Mira teased.

I felt my face becomes warmer up to ears.

"I-I am not. Besides, your the one who made me eat there.", I say as I puff my cheeks at them.

They just both giggles as I start to walk towards my destination.

As I reach the large tree at the back of the building, I saw Gajeel practicing for our play.

"But before we begin..", he starts and laugh. I muffled my giggle at his laugh. It's different from his usual gihihi laugh and it looks funny when he do a simple 'hahahaha' laugh.

I think he heard me because he turned his head towards me and growl lowly.

"What are you doing here shrimp?"

"Still calling me pet names ? Geez do you even know my real name ?"

"Gihi. Don't expect me to stop calling you pet names, Levy."
