Mission Impossible: Seducing The Badboy

→prologue

"Levy !", shouted by a dark raven haired boy named Gray Fullbuster.

"Hey Gray, what's up?", I replied - I'm Levy Mcgarden, a short and petite girl with a blue wavy hair.

"Nothing. Wanna eat lunch? My treat."

"Sure !"

'Gray. I know him since childhood. He's been my best friend and crush since then. My one and only friend - that's why I know all his attitude and behavior, and he's the type of person who really doesn't treat anyone on lunch or anything, even me ! Unless he has a favor that he'll ask me. But for now, I'll enjoy the treat and our bonding time.' I thought as blush suddenly crept in my face.

We arrive at a restaurant near the Fairy Tail High School - the school that I'll now be attending.

"So - order anything you want. Tell me anything that you need. Do you need new books? Just tell me even if it's a whole series and I'll buy it.", he says as we took our seats.

"Ok, spill it out. What do you need?", I asked him, arching an eyebrow as I look at him suspiciously. 'Ok, I know that he'll treat me in lunch if he has a favor. But even buy a whole series of books? It must be big.

"You really know me inside and out, don't you?", he chuckles.

"Well, we've been friends since forever. Of course I know you." I look at him carefully. Trying to think what kind of favor he'll ask.

"So you know too that I'm doing this because I have a favor to ask you, right?", he asked giving me a sheepish lopsided smile.

"Yes. So what's wrong?"

My eyes widen when Gray suddenly grabs and holds both of my hands and looks straight in my eyes. My heart beats faster as heat slowly creeps into my face.

"I need you to do something."

"W-what is it?"

My dreams of having Gray confesses to me suddenly pops in my head. D-do I need to be his girlfriend ? Oh my. I thought of different scenarios of confession. But my thoughts suddenly halt as I heard what Gray's favor is.

"I need you to make someone fall in love with you.", his face suddenly turns dark and his eyes seems to want to look at anything other than my own.

"What?!" Some people began to stare at us due to my sudden outburst - and I found myself not giving a care. He's being ridiculous! He's making me seduce a man I don't even know?!! I know I love him but hell!!

"Please Levy. I.. there's this girl that I really love.", he whispered as he gently pulled my hand, easing me to go back to my sit.

I slowly nod my head for him to continue, not trusting my words.

"I've been in love with her since Junior High. But she doesn't even talk to me or notice me because of this guy. She's always with him. Levy, I-I really love her, and unless this guy is out of the picture, she will never notice me. Please Levy.", he says as he looks at me with pleading eyes.

'I'm in love with you too Gray. That's what I want to tell him but I can see in his eyes that he really loves her - but even so, this is a bit - no, ugghh, sometimes I want to smash my head in the wall until the irrational part get thrown out. I'm jealous of this girl. But if he really does love her. Then, I-I'll gladly do it.'

I close my eyes to compose myself and slowly looks at Gray.

"Ok Gray. I'll do it.", I heave a heavy sigh internally. Curse you heart - for being so damn irrational. Why not just throw yourself from a building - that's much more rational than this!

"Thank you Levy!", he says as he stands up and gives me a tight hug.

Butterflies wildly flew in my stomach because of the sudden action. And the blush that I've been holding back came back full force in my face - seriously, curse you my foolish heart. I close my eyes as another heavy sigh left in my counterpart on my brain. I wonder if that image of me in my brain is much more rational than me. But as I embrace Gray in the middle of the coffee shop - I knew deep down, I would gladly do anything for him - again, curse you heart!

'Anything for you Gray. Anything for you.'
