Hey ! Hi ! Look who decided to go back from the grave to join the living once again !

I'm such an awful author, person and living being. I didn't update for a couple of days !! I'm so sorry guys.

"Gajeel ?"

"Hey shrimp."

"W-what are you doing here ? Where's mom ?", I asked as I slowly close the door.

"Ah, she said she need to go for some grocery shopping so she let me stay here. So uh, how have you been?"

"Oh. I'm - fine."

"Good.", he said then plopped himself on the couch.

"Are you ok ?", I asked as I eyed him closely. He look, 'unnormal'.

He just grunt and slid open one of his eye as his usual smirk appeared on his face.

"Do you want some juice or anything ?"

"Nah. But if you have some medicine for this stupid jet lag, it'll do."

"Jet lag ? You are suffering from jet lag?"

"No. Just want some medicine as candy. Why do you think I'd ask ?"

"Tss. Still as hot tempered, I see.", I said as I puffed my cheeks in annoyance. He just laugh and pinch both of my cheeks.

"Gihi. You are so adorable."

"S-shut up. I'm going to get your medicine. Just stay there."

I ran up stairs to grab the medicine I always kept at my drawer. Then went to the kitchen for some juice and sandwich.

After he took the medicine he just put his arm on the arm chair and held his head on his palm. I sat beside him and eat my sandwich. Then slowly, he laid down on my lap and close both of his eyes.

"Gajeel !", I say as heat creeps all over my face.

"Hn ?"

"What do you think you're doing ?"

"Going to take a nap?", he said then yawned and close his eyes.

"I know. But there is something called bed and that is waiting at your house."

"Tch. This is much better."

I just sigh and let him sleep on my lap. I grab my book at the side table and start to read as I dig my hand on his obsidian mane.

He just purr and shifted on my lap.

"You're like a cat."

"Shut up."

I just smiled and continue to stroke his hair.

"Levy ?", I heard mom called.

"Hmn?"

"Honey, want to get some dinner ?"

I opened both of my eyes to found out that I was on my room.

"When did I get here ?"

"Oh. Honey, Gajeel brought you here after you fell asleep on the couch and went home after he got a call. He said you're not suppose to sleep there because there is this called 'bed' waiting at your bedroom. Isn't that sweet ?", she said as she share Mira's expression when she sees her otp.

"Mom. You're weird sometimes."

"What ? I'm just happy for the both of you. He is such a sweet kid."

"What is sweet about him ? That guy doesn't have any sweet bones at all."

"Hooo? After he went here straight from the airport after he got back from the other side of the country ? That is not sweet ?"

"What are you talking about, mom ?"

"Oh. He didn't tell you ? He just got back from Acalypha. He went straight here after his plane landed on Magnolia."

"Oh." So that is why he has a jet lag.

"So, honey, want some dinner ?"

"Levy-chan !!", Lucy shouts through the hallway.

"Lu-chan !", I ran to them and gave her a tight hug.

"We're going shopping later for the ball after school ! You should join us !"

"Really? Okay I will !"

We walk along the hallways while chatting about the upcoming ball this Friday. I can't wait for it. Although, I remembered Gajeel haven't ask me to be his date, yet. Maybe he's really not going ?

We headed to our classroom and took our rightful seats. Gajeel is still not here, he's been absent for a couple of days. We only have just two more days before the winter break. I wonder if he'll come.

"He hasn't ask you yet ?", Lu-chan asked as she took the seat in front of me.

I just nodded my head and she sighs.

"He's taking his time planning so much."

"Maybe he's really not going ?"

"Mhhm. I don't know."

I just sigh and took my notebook after the teacher came.

He discussed about the upcoming ball. Every details, plans, venues, time and other stuff about the christmas party, especially the ball but I found myself not interested.

After the dismissal of class for lunch break, I got out of my seat and head to my usual spot.

I sat and start to eat my lunch as an apple landed on my head and fell on my lap.

"I'm pretty sure this is just a tree.", I mumbled as I look up and found Gajeel grinning at me.

"Gajeel !"

"Yeah shrimp?", he said as he stood and jump down.

"W-what are you doing here ?"

"Taking a nap.", he said as he stretch out his arms.

"You skip three classes to take a nap?"

He just smirk and took a seat besides me and bite at the sandwich I was holding.

"Mhmm. Delicious.", he said as he lick his lips.

"W-what are you doing ?!", I exclaimed as heat shoots through my face.

He just ruffled my hair and took the apple on my lap.

"Taking a bite ? Gihi."

"S-stupid Gajeel.", I mumbled.

He laugh and pinched both of my cheeks as he pecks me on the lips. I jerk away as I feel the heat came back running on my face.

"Gajeel !"

"What ?"

"Y-you - don't do that !"

"Do what ?", he asked as he cocked his eywbrow.

"K-k-kissing me all of a sudden.", I murmured.

"Don't you like it ?"

"No! I mean- you can't just kiss me out of nowhere !", I said as I crossed my arms on my chest.

He just laugh and kiss me again.

"Hey !"

We both stop as we heard someone cleared his throat.

"I uh - sorry to interrupt your quality time, but Gajeel- Master wants to see you on his office.", Lily said.

"Yeah yeah. See 'ya later short stuff.", he said the stood up and walk away.

"See you later, Levy.", Lily said as he wave at me.

"Uh- yeah. See you.", I said as I wave at them.

I stood up and dust off myself and head to the classroom.

Might be prepare for our shopping later.
