"Gajeel definitely wants to be the beast."

"What the hell are you talking about she-devil?!", Gajeel exclaimed pointing at Mira. Everyone flinch at the tone of his voice, well, except for Mira.

"You'll play the beast, right Gajeel-kun?", Mira repeat smiling widely at Gajeel.

Everyone was shocked as the "badboy" of the school just gulp and didn't argue anymore.

"Now, Sir. A he'll play the beast and Levy will be the Beauty.", Mira said clapping her hands like she discovered a once in a million mystery.

Sir A just nods his head and we proceed with the other casts.

What the hell happened ?

I walked outside the classroom after our third class. I can't believe I'm indebted to that devil. He finished our project and it was a job well done.

As I walk my way towards the back of the school building, to my usual spot under the tree, I saw Gray and Juvia talking to each other while walking towards the cafeteria. They look so happy together.

Before I knew it, tears slowly streaming down my face. I run my way in my spot before anybody could notice my tears. I can't let him see me like this. Not now that the mission is sprouting good results.

I sat under the tree hugging both my knees.

"Shrimp?", I quickly wipe off the tears on my face.

"G-gajeel. I didn't know that you were here. It's Monday."

"What's with me being here and Monday ?", he asked quirking an eyebrow.

"W-well, you're not here on Mondays and Thursdays."

"How the hell did you know that ?"

"I-I'm always here."

"Oh. Uh, here.", he awkwardly offered his handkerchief to me. I grab his handkerchief and wipes off my tears.

"Thanks.", he just kept silence as he seat besides me.

"H-hey, do you want some sandwich ? Think this as my token of appreciation.", I smiled as I offered him my lunchbox.

"Uh yeah, thanks.", he said slightly looking away.

We sat and eat silently under the tree.

"Uhm, thanks about finishing our project. I'm sorry if I didn't help that much.", I said trying to start a conversation.

"Yeah, it's ok shrimp.", he said smirking at me.

"Hey ! I am not a shrimp !", I said glaring at him.

"Gihi you're so short I thought you were a shrimp."

"Yeah you're so huge I thought you're a gorilla.", I scoffed at him.

He just laugh at my comeback.

"You are one interesting shrimp you know that?", he said ruffling my hair. Different shades of red forms in my face at his sudden gesture.

The bell rings after and I quickly stood up.

"Come on now. I don't want to be late."

We head to our classroom for the History subject. As we entered the room, all our eyes are on us. Some students began murmuring. Gajeel grabs my hand and walks to the last row. Another blush forms on my face as he dragged me to the back of the room.

We both seated at the last row and I quickly grab my book while he shook his head on the desk and sleep.

I just ignored all the glances of my classmates while I read. I glance at Gajeel but he's already sleeping, I think.
