I'm Kissing you forever, and ever, and ever
I love Kissing you"Rob, you look so handsome," I said to my date. He opened the door for me and I got into his small sports car.
"I'm just trying to keep up with Chyanne," he said. He smoothed out his coral t-shirt bashfully. I blushed and he ran to the other side of the car to get in.
"What do you have planned for us today?" I asked once he was seated. He put the car in drive and lowered his sunglasses over his wide eyes.
"I thought we could do something outdoors since it's such a beautiful day," Rob said he had one hand on the steering wheel and the other resting by the car window. He was right, it was absolutely gorgeous out. The Boston sun was making its presence known, without a cloud in the sky. I nodded my head, I didn't really care what we were doing as long as we were together. We hadn't been dating long, but a day spent with Rob was something I could never take for granted.
He drove through a park. Rob removed his eyes from the road and smiled at me brightly. His youthful spirit was intoxicating. He had so much energy, but also was intelligent and serious. He parked the car in an isolated area of the park with no one around. It was a secret spot that was a blessing. Trees lined the outer part of the park and the sun shined down. Rob rubbed his hands together in excitement. He got out of the car and ran to my side to open the door for me.
I stepped out of the car and looked around curiously. "Are we going for a walk?" I asked, my voice rose at the last part of my sentence in curiousity. I wasn't really dressed for a walk. I was wearing white jean shorts and a gray t-shirt with sandals, not exactly a hiking outfit.
"No, that's a good idea though. Maybe next time," Rob said winking at me. I stepped out of the doorway to shut the car door but he stopped it with his forearm. He reached into the backseat of his car for a picnic basket and red and white checkered blanket.
"A picnic?" I asked with a large smile on my face. Rob nodded excitedly. "Back home, I used to go on picnics with my niece all the time. I love picnics!" I squealed. I was so excited, partly because I love picnics, and partly because we weren't hiking.
Rob walked until he found the perfect spot. It was in the middle of the isolated park. The sun was right on top of us. I held the blanket in my hands and began spreading it out. "Let me help you," Rob said grabbing the two corner opposite of mine and I smiled gratefully at him. We sat next to each other on the blanket and Rob began digging everything out of the vintage wicker picnic basket. He pulled out two sandwiches, each perfectly cut into triangles, a bag of grapes, a packet of Pringles, and a carton of oreos. Lastly he pulled out two wine glasses and a bottle of white wine.
"How long have you been planning this out?" I asked shocked with every item he pulled out of the basket.
"I've been waiting for the perfect day. It doesn't get much better than this does it?" Rob asked pouring each of us a glass.
"No, it doesn't," I said looking at all of the extremely green trees in awe. I took the glass from him. His face was near mine and I just smiled a close lipped smile at him. I leaned in a little closer to him. His smell was intoxicating. He smelled of cologne and Old Spice. I bit my lip. Rob's face was near mine when he finally closed the small gap between our lips. His large hand wrapped around my neck, pulling me into him closer.
I hadn't had a sip of my wine, but I felt drunk. His kiss tasted so good on my lips, and sent a chill throughout my whole body. We had been on a few dates but we never kissed before. I don't think a first kiss gets any better than that.
We could have talked all day, but nothing could amount to the words that his kiss made me think. I never wanted to stop kissing him. We never really stopped kissing the whole afternoon. He kissed my lips, and when I would began talking his lips slipped down to my shoulders and neck, making my lips jealous of them. Causing me to stop talking just so his lips would come back to mine.
