It's my right to be hellish
I still get jealous

Dallas was much more beautiful than I ever thought. It was so much sunnier and warmer than Ezekiel described to me over the phone. He told me of the weather but it was much better it person.

I was waiting at the airport for him to pick me up. He was a little late which made my nerves spike a bit.

"Emma!" I heard his voice behind me. I turned around and I couldn't help but run to him. I hadn't seen him since the draft.

"Ezekiel!" I squealed with delight as I landed in his arms. His muscular arms spun me around in the middle of the airport. I nuzzled my head into the crook of his neck as he finally put me down. "I missed you," I whispered.

"Believe me, I missed you more," he said his hands still on my hips. He closed the small gap between our lips with a light kiss before bending down to pick up my bags. One of his hands held my suitcases protectively, as if he were holding a football, while the other grabbed onto my hand.

"What do you have planned for us today?" I asked. We got outside of the airport and the Dallas sun came beaming down on us. I instantly regretted not packing my sunglasses in my purse.

"I thought I would take you on a tour of the stadium," he answered leading me to his car. He packed my bags into his trunk and opened the passenger door like a true gentleman. The Stadium surprisingly wasn't that far from the airport, no more than a mile.

"Here it is," Ezekiel said with anticipation. He was like a little kid showing off his new toys to his friend. He had such an excited look on his face as the car pulled closer and closer to it. He parked the car near the entrance to the stadium, it was nearly empty due to it being off season.

Ezekiel grabbed onto my hand again and led me through the entrance. Inside there were pictures of Cowboys of the past hanging high on the wall. There were banners from their Super Bowl victories and Division titles.

Finally we arrived to the field. Where Ezekiel would hopefully shine once football season arrived. He let go of my hand and threw his in the air as he spun around. "This is where all of the magic happens," he said taking in the atmosphere. So many historic moments have happened on this field and it was breath taking just to be here.

"It's beautiful," I finally let out. I looked at all of the seats that would be filled with fans cheering for Zeke and praising him.

"Do you want to go see the weight room?" he asked. That had become his second home lately, as he was trying to bulk up for the season. I nodded as he led me off of the field through the tunnel the home team ran out of.

We arrived in the high tech weight room and instantly my nose was flooded with the smell of sweat. There were players everywhere and it was almost overwhelming.

"Elliott, who's the girl?" Tony Romo called out. The team leader got everyone's attention and they looked our way. I recognized some of the faces, when Zeke was drafted I looked up the roster and tried to memorize some of the players. We stood at the entrance of the weight room still making our way through.

"She is fine."

"You can bring her here any day of the week."

"Hey baby, how about we go and get some dinner later, and leave Zeke at home?" Dez Bryant said coming up from behind me. He was sweaty, probably working hard to help his foot feel better.

"Ummmm that's okay we have plans for later," I answered. I clutched onto Zeke's muscular arm. I looked at his face and it was tense. His jaw was tightened and nostrils were flaring.

"Or you could come with me and Zeke could watch?" Jason Witten said. He wiped the sweat off of his face with a clean white towel before throwing it into the laundry bin in the middle of the room. Both of the men were now standing in front of Zeke and I.

"Maybe we should leave," I suggested. Zeke didn't answer any of his teammates and walker right through them. We walked out of the door of the weight room and could hear the teammates laughing at the encounter. Ezekiel's chest was moving up and down quickly as he was breathing heavily, trying to calm himself down.

"Zeke, calm down. Everything is fine. I'm a big girl, I can take it," I assured him. I placed my hand on his arm trying to get his attention.

"What they did was so disrespectful. If I would have known that was going to happen I would never have taken you in there," he promised. "I'm sorry, I should have defended you.

"Baby, it's okay. I get it. You're a rookie, they are going to give you crap like that. Just relax, everything is fine."

"Promise?" he asked. His eyebrows were raised like he didn't believe me.

"I promise," I said pushing my lips against his.
