Shiro awakens after eventually falling asleep. He gently shakes both Emi and Juno. Both of their eyes open and they look at Shiro.
"Hero, is it time already?" Juno yawns.
"Yes. Let's get out of bed before Sensei or Liliana catches us" Shiro tells them. They nod and get off of him. They then head to the wardrobe to change into their AAWK outfits. Liliana enters Shiro's room soon after.
"Shiro, why did you sleep here last night? Now that I think about it, I didn't see Emi either" Liliana asks.
"Uh, I just wanted a night to myself to do 'boy' things" Shiro replies. Liliana blushes.
"You don't do that stuff, do you?"
"Of course I do..." Liliana looks at him seriously.
"Were you doing 'boy things' with Emi?" Shiro flinches.
"Uh...of course not..."
"Shiro, you know how I feel about you lying to me."
"Crap, sorry. Alright, I just laid down with Emi and Juno, and that's all we did I swear!"
"I see. You wanted to sleep with them and not me."
"There's a deeper meaning to it, but I think we should get ready for our next mission."
"Alright." They both head for the wardrobe and change their clothes. They then meet up with Kiyo-Sensei, Emi, and Juno in the entrance room. In Kiyo-Sensei's hand is a cube with two buttons on it.
"What are you holding, Sensei?" Liliana asks.
"This is something you four will be bringing with you on your journey. It is the legendary artifact Kyubu that is basically a portable house. I call it the Cube Home" she replies.
"What's the layout of the house like?" Emi asks.
"It's small in terms of area, so the first floor only consists of a large kitchen and bathroom. The other floors have two bedrooms with two beds each. It can expand even more, but I suggest you keep it as small as possible to not attract attention."
"What happens if the house folds back into a cube while we're inside!?" Juno asks.
"Any items you put inside will be unharmed, but any living creature will be crushed. Be sure to count everybody before you have it transform back into a cube."
"Oh no! Heroes of justice crushed into a pancake!" Juno exclaims.
"How do we turn it back into a cube?" Shiro asks.
"There's a panel behind the house with a button that turns the house into a cube. Any other questions?" The four of them look at each other, then shake their heads. "Good. Here." Kiyo-Sensei hands the cube to Shiro. "Just press the left button to have it transform. If there isn't enough space for it, it won't transform."
"Sensei, is there a town in trouble right now?" Shiro asks.
"Yes. Southwest from here is the town of Littleton and it is in need of assistance from the AAWK. I trust you will be able to deal with the attack" Kiyo-Sensei replies.
"We can handle it" Emi tells her.
"Those evils will regret facing against the heroes of justice!" Juno says excitedly.
"Good. Just don't die. That is your primary objective. Your secondary objective is to save the town. Understand?" They all nod.
"I will protect everyone. I swear I will" Shiro tells her. She smiles.
