Dile Al Amor Part 2: A Romeo Santos and Prince Royce Story

Chapter 2

He counts her heart beats until he eventually falls asleep when he is sleeping he has a dream. A dream about Karina. The dream was at her funeral they were slowly lowering her into the ground where he will never see her face ever. Then he wakes up.
He starts to cry. So he stays up until the doctor comes back which will be in a few hours. He looks at her. Her face Turing paler by the minute.  He writes in a notebook
'Notice me
Take my hand
Why are we
Strangers when
Our love is strong
Why carry on without me?
Everytime I try to fly
I fall without my wings
I feel so small
I guess I need you baby
And everytime I see you in my dreams

He holds her hand while he can and he sits back down he hears her heart beat over and over and over again until it gets slower and slower and slower and it shows up as a line on the screen and makes that resting noise. He immediately calls the nurse on the phone inside of the room and they rush to  her room.
Nurse: Just stay back.
Romeo: Okay.
He looks over her and one of his tears land on her arm for this will be the last time he sees her like this until her heart slowly goes back to normal. He starts to smile and he says
Romeo: Baby...
He sings what he wrote in his notebook. When he finishes he asks the doctors if he can get something for her and they say yes. He runs to his car and gets her backpack the one she put all of her pictures and letters in. He rushes back to the room with her backpack.
He goes into the room and takes everything out from the bag and reads the letters and puts them by her bed. He looks at all of her pictures by her bed too. He finds some of her things in her bag he finds a tape with a song on it she must've recorded it her self. He asks one of the nurses if he can borrow a cassette player and she finds one for him. It was her voice  singing a part of a song with high notes. Her voice is so soulful its so beautiful. He leaves it on the side of her bed and he tears a piece of paper from the notebook saying 'mi amor get better I love you and I listened to the tape its beautiful- love Anthony'
He sits back in his chair and looks at her ring and he looks at her backpack. She had a bag of chips and a water in her bag. He opens them and eats them then he falls back asleep.

A/N: The song in his note book is an actual song and I'll link it below its a really nice song lol. But omg the sad chapters 😭 sorry. ALSO IM SEEING AVENTURA TOMORROW!
