The Sex Games

Chapter 9

I sit in the dressing room, twirling my fingers, trying to waste time as I wait for Cinna. He told me he created a sexy dress for me to wear for the ceremony. I try to keep myself for getting too nervous. The capital wants us to flaunt skin. Cleavage. And for boys.... well you get the point.

I hear a door open and I look up, to see Cinna. He hands me a dress bag, with the dress inside. I don't even glance at it.

"Go put it on." Cinna says. "I need to see if it fits you."

I nod, and walk into the bathroom. I unzip the bag, and take the dress out. And it's not really a dress.

"Damn." I whisper under my breath. It was a sexy outfit. A lace bra and thong, black socks that go to my thighs, and a clip that connects the socks to the thong. Black high heels wait for me in a chair.

I hesitate, but finally put it on, not really knowing where goes where. When I finally figure it out, I look at myself in the mirror. I don't look like that little girl from district 12. I look like a woman who is just doing her thing. I smile to myself. I pick up my coat, my father's, that went to the ground while I was changing. I put it on and place my hands into the pocket. My hand strikes something inside. I grab it with my hand and hold it up to my face.

The necklace.

The moon necklace that I found in the woods, with Gale. The necklace that I gave to Prim. The necklace that she gave back to me, telling me it will keep me safe. I stare at it for a second, holding back tears. Without thinking, I pull it over my head and put it on. I make a decision that I won't take it off. It reminds me too much of Prim.

Taking a deep breath, I walk out of the bathroom, back to Cinna. He takes a look at me.

"Take off the coat." He tells me. I shake my head no. "It fits fine." I tell him.

He rolls his eyes. "I need to see. I might need to make some adjustments."

I give him a hard look. "You can see it when everyone else sees it.... at the ceremony."

He opens his mouth to talk again, but I walk out of the room. I make my way to Peeta's bedroom. I know he's not there, but I decide to wait for him. I lay on the bed, and close my eyes.

"Katniss?"

My eyes stay shut.

"Katniss wake up."

I groan and lift my head.

Peeta looks at me. He has on a robe that goes all the way to his feet.  "Why are you in my room."

I snap to attention. "Oh... I wanted to wait for you."

He stares at me for a second. "Well I need to change out of my outfit, put it away for tonight."

"Wait, let me see it!" I giggle, sitting all the way up on the bed. He smiles at me.

"You sure?" He smirks at me."

I nod. "Mhm." I lick my lips.

Without another word, he takes off his robe. He wears low cut underwear that shows his V line. It's a pair of boxers, but they are tight and cling to his skin. I look up at him.

"Hm... I say this look gives you a 10 out of 10." I smile at him.

He walks over to me. "Why thank you kind lady." He sits next to me. "Now your turn."

I smirk at him and he smirks right back. "Ok."

I stand up, with my heels and my coat still on. I stand in front of him and slowly take the coat off. I let it fall to the floor and look Peeta right in the eyes. He stares back for 2 seconds, and then let's his eyes roam down my body.

"So... what do you think?" I ask.

He stands up and walks over to me. "You look...." He places his mouth over my eyes. "... amazing."

I grin. "So do you."

He pulls back and looks at my mouth.

"What to save this for after the show?"

I look up at him for a second, knowing exactly what he mean.

"Hell yeah."

I give him a long kiss on the lips, before I bend down, grab my coat, and walk out the door.

I hear him groan when I walk out and a smirk. I knew I give him a boner. I felt it.
