Yeri's POV

I'm taken aback by his question and cast my eyes down. I feel his eyes roaming over me as I think about his question. It's a strange feeling that's coursing through my veins. I don't want him to know I am glad that we did that last night. It makes me feel weird inside thinking about it. This is not the Jay I can fall in love with, this is the Jay who likes to play around. He plays around until he's bored and wants something new. It makes my head swirl with thoughts, but he wants an answer now.

"I don't know.." I tell him and he can see I'm being honest.

"Fine. I'll leave it be for the time being." He pulls up his shoulders and I relax a little.

He stares into my eyes for a little while longer and I shift under his gaze. Then he looks away and he puts another piece of pancake in his mouth. He makes it look a little sensual, but I look away. He's toying with me.

"So what's that machine?" Jay asks me and my breath gets caught in my throat. How does he know? Did he go through my things?

"I have no idea what you're talking about", I say and force some more food down my throat in order not to look at him.

"Don't play dumb. It fell out of your bag when I came home..." When I look up Jay looks so annoyed. He knows I'm lying, again.

"I just need it from time to time. Asthma and all", I shrug it off and he tilts his head to the side to look at me better.

"Are you sure?" He cocks up his eyebrow and I nod my head, a little too hard. "You're full of secrets you don't want to tell."

"I have no idea what you're talking about", I say and lay down my cutlery. He does the same and gets up to clean up. "Let me do that. You already made food."

"This is my place, I can do it", he says with a bright smile again.

"It's the least I can do", I smile back and he gives in.

"Let's do it together then..."

I chuckle at his expression and join him in cleaning up. There's a lot of foam in the sink and I get this crazy idea. I put some on his face and he looks absolutely shocked.

"How dare you", he says in a playful tone as he squints his eyes at me. I'm scared for what is going to happen next, but I'm excited too.

"What are you going to do about it then?" I say, challenging him.

"Just wait and see."

He takes a handful of foam and puts it on my face, making a beard and mustache. "Much better."

"Yah!" I playfully swat his arm and he smiles crookedly. My heart breaks and he throws some more foam at me.

In the end we keep on throwing foam at each other and we end up on the, now wet, floor. We're laughing so hard. My stomach hurts and I curl up on my side, trying to prevent a coughing fit. I need air and so does he. He stares at me as I catch my breath. A lazy smile rests on his lips and it's the first time we've really had fun together after New York. The Jay I've come to like is showing again and my heart swells at the sight of him. But we both know this is going to end in a few minutes and we'll go back to snapping at each other.

"I don't normally do this", he says in an honest moment as he gestures at the both of us.

"What is 'this'?" I try to define what he's saying.

"Girls usually don't stay for breakfast. It's my first time making it for two people.." he's confessing his feelings to me.

"It's been a while for me too", I trail off.
