Gone

Yeri's POV

"Do you really have to go?" I whine while laying on Jay's chest.

"I'm sorry, but we need to be in Seattle this weekend", he sighs while his arms hug me tight.

"I wish I could go with you, but I have that big shoot with BTS this weekend..." Schedules are getting in the way of us being together all the time. I am going to miss him more than I'd like to admit.

"I don't want to leave you either", his eyes looks a little sad as he looks down at me.

"The company needs you too, I know", I fake a little smile on my lips. Jay is not buying it for one second.

"If I could, I'd stay. But Simon needs me. We need to do this promotion", his words are honest while he presses his lips against my forehead.

"Just make sure to come back to me", I wink up at him and he chuckles a little. It's a deep and happy sound to hear. It's coming from the depths of his throat.

We lie there for a few more minutes before we both have to go to our respective jobs. Today is one of those days I don't feel like working, I've been feeling off ever since I woke up. Most days were good, but today was one of the lesser ones. Jay doesn't seem to notice, because I'm trying my absolute best to hide it from him. Now he's gone to take a shower and I'm putting on some lose clothing. I don't feel like dressing up at all today.

"You look amazing, even in lose clothes", he says while leaning against the door of the bathroom. He caught me while I was looking at my outfit in the mirror.

"You'd say anything to make me smile", I stick my tongue out at him.

"You're right about that one. But I would never lie about how you look. I've never once seen you anything less than beautiful", he winks and goes to his closet.

He puts on a white shirt, washed and ripped jeans. It's still good outside, but I just know he'll be wearing his leather jacket too.

"When does your plane leave?" I ask while slipping into my all black Vans.

"Tonight at 11. You won't have to drop me off since Simon is coming to get me", his arms slip around my waist as he pulls me in for a back hug.

"Good, I was planning on sleeping early tonight so I'm rested for the big shoot", I rest my head against his shoulder and close my eyes. His breath is in my ear and it soothes me like nothing else.

"You could use it", he whispers. Damn it, he knows. He noticed how tired I am today. "Why don't you stay home today?" His voice is filled with worry.

"I still have a lot to do today so we're ready for tomorrow", I sigh and he holds on to me even tighter. "Don't worry. I have Hani with me at all times."

"Promise?" He's definitely worried about me.

"I promise you all the things in the world", I hum.

"The only thing I want in this world is you", he says before spinning me around to press his lips against mine.

Our kisses are never the same, but they always explode something inside of me. The fire that's between us is real and raw at all times. I can feel his warmth and the love he feels for me with every move he makes while we're kissing. There's absolutely nothing in this world that can ever compare to what his kisses are like. I've never experienced anything like it.

"Come on. Let's have breakfast before you really pass out", he pulls me into the kitchen and sits me down. Next thing I know he's making me pancakes and eggs. I never thought it went together, but he makes everything go together.
