The next morning, Alec somehow managed to wake up before me.
Usually, I was the one who woke Alec up with the smell of cooking bacon, and my favorite drink, Wine.

But this morning, Alec woke me up by yelling, "Magnus, we're going to miss the plane of you don't get up!"

When he yelled, my opened.
It took a minute for my eyes to adjust to the sunlight that was coming in from the few windows.

Alec was standing next to the bed, looking down at me.

"Since when do you get up early?"

Alec was smiling. He was wearing a black, long-sleeve sweater, and black jeans.
"Since we have a plane to catch," he replied.

I sat up, and rubbed the back of my head. "What time is it anyways," I asked.
Alec shrugged. "I think it's around 5:00."
"AM?!"
"Yeah," replied Alec, as he turned away and walked out of the room.
"What's wrong with Shadowhunters," I asked myself under my breath as I stood out of the bed Alec an I shared.
"If you aren't ready to leave by 5:30, I'm going to drink the last bit of your Wine," called Alec.
"That's not fair," I called. "It takes at least thirty minutes to make my hair perfect."
"Well then you better hurry. If you are not ready, I'm walking in there and drinking the bottle right in front of you, even if you're dressed of not," replied Alec.

Wow, that's harsh, I thought. No one drinks my wine, unless I allow them too!
