Our backs are on the wet ground, staring up at the gray skies. It was sprinkling only a few minutes ago, but thankfully it has stopped. A rainbow now spreads across the city with its colors out shining everything else in the sky.
"Kai... I'm just curious about something." I find his hand and intertwine mine with his. The question I want to ask is quite ridiculous, honestly. I bet you that he'll just laugh it off or something.
"Yes, you can call me 'oppa'." He just randomly says and turns to face me. I playfully smack him a few times and he apologizes a few many time while he blocks himself. "Sorry, Krystal."
"This oppa, seriously..." I whisper quietly but say it loud enough so he can hear it. It takes him a few seconds to process it, but he eventually figures it out and ruffles my hair.
The sky now is starting to turn into a dirty shade of light blue reminding everyone that miracles can happen after something bad. It's not exactly how many people think of it, but that's how I view thunderstorms and rain.
"Oppa..." I lay my head onto his shoulder and watch the sky clear up with the birds chirping its' lively songs. "Have you ever wanted to be an actual human living in the real world?"
The cheeks that were bouncing with laughter and smiles now lower down with such sorrow that my heart pains with guilt.
"Just be happy with me... for now." He answers and plants a kiss on my forehead. Did I ask the wrong question or did I just ask it at the wrong time and place?
His warmth joins with my cold skin when he wraps his arms around my and just hugs me without saying a word.
Through a cress of light between his shoulder and my face, I look up at the sky that isn't even real. There is no real sun to greet me with warmth, and there is no real clouds that I can imagine animals to.
I feel myself pulling my eyes away from the sky when something flashes in the corner of my eye.
The sky just glitched.
