Sang woke up way too early for a Saturday but she didn't care. She had been jumpy since the evening before, excitedly looking forward to them coming over. She didn't exactly know which of the boys would be joining them today.
Sang made herself presentable and went down the stairs intending to cook a massive breakfast. What she didn't expect to see was Kota already doing that very thing in the kitchen.
"Good morning, I'm surprised you are up so early," said Sang.
Kota yawned, "good morning to you too. Actually I had Academy business at 4 in the morning. Just got back, thought I would surprise you with some breakfast before I go home for a nap."
"Aww, you are so sweet," Sang said coming up behind him for a hug. Kota seemed reluctant to return the hug, but did so anyway. This strange behavior in the boys has been bugging her. Yesterday morning, hardly any of them came for a hello hug. They hadn't pressured her to sit on their laps or held hands in the corridor. Sang has been turning this over in her head. Maybe they have been preoccupied or there has been some kind of new development...something they must have discussed at the meeting that Nathan had come back feeling so dejected from.
Sang wanted to ask questions but knew that if they didn't tell her, this is something she is not supposed to know yet.
"How about you go wake up Nathan and I'll set the table," offered Kota.
Sang smiled and ran up the stairs. It was always fun to wake up before the boys and sneak up on them while they still slept. Sang tiptoed to the bed and softly climbed up. She crawled over until she was almost lying on top of Nathan. Feeling daring, she ran the flat of her tongue up his neck to his cheek. Nathan turned over and mumbled, "Max, stop." Sang giggled in his ears and bit it. Nathan gave a yelp and untangled himself from the sheets toppling Sang over. With a growl, Nathan leapt up coming down on top of Sang. With this new position, Sang was flush up against his bare chest and Nathan could get a nice view down her shirt.
"Good morning, Peanut," Nathan smirked lazily, "to what do I owe this lovely pleasure of being woken up by you biting me?"
Sang giggled again, squirming underneath him, "breakfast is waiting downstairs."
"No, I think breakfast is waiting for me right here." As Nathan bent down closer to her, there came a soft 'ahem' at the door. Kota frowned down at them looking especially disappointed at Nathan.
"Sang, I thought I told you to wake him up, not let him attack you," Kota said, pushing his glasses up his nose. He went over to the curtains and withdrew them.
Nathan shielded his eyes and snarled at Kota like a vampire. Sang gave a laugh and tugged at his arms, "Come on Honey, breakfast awaits and everyone is coming over today."
"Sang, why don't you go downstairs and start the coffee maker?" Kota asked.
Sang nodded and bounded off Nathan. She pecked Kota on the cheek and ran back down the stairs.
Kota turned back to Nathan and said disapprovingly, "What are you doing?"
"What? What is the big deal? I was only wishing her a good morning," Nathan replied good-naturedly.
"You out of all of us have to take a step back from Sang. You have to be the most careful because you two share a house."
"I know that. She's the one who started it by climbing on top of me. Why don't you go tell her this rule of ours if you want to be so anal about it."
