Addilyn's P.O.V.

"One more!" I yelled laughing as the bartender made his way over to me and refilled my cup with the clear liquid.

"You see me and my boyfiend just broke up." I slurred turning towards the man sitting on my right.

He nodded his head awkwardly and tried looking the other way. "Do you wanna know why we broke up?" I asked.

"I really have to g-" I grabbed his arm and brought him to sit down next to me. "Well I had just gotten great news from one of my bestfriends claiming that I was going to go on tour so me being me, I got excited and and.... what was I talking about again?" I mumbled scratching my head.

"You were talking about how you got great news and–"

"OH RIGHT! Silly me" I laughed slapping my forehead. "Well anyway, I made my way down to the basement and I heard him talking to his friends and... What was I talking about again?" The man sighed and ordered another drink.

"OH I REMEMBER NOW!" I giggled."So I heard them talking about how I was just a bet. So that made me really sad and now I'm here" I giggled.

The guy motioned the bartender open and rose his cup. "Another one."

My eyes widened as I looked up at him, "....are you DJ Kahled?" He looked down at me and the smallest hint of a smile made its way onto his face.

"You should probably answer that." I looked down and realized that my phone was ringing.

"Hello?" I asked answering the phone.

"Addilyn where ar-"

"ITS ME!" I sang laughing as the guy who's name I learned to be Tim chuckled.

"Where are you?" I looked at the phone and back up at Tim.

"This is one of his fiends." I tried whispering, but it only came out as a yell. Tim nodded his head and took a sip of his drink. "I got this." I tried winking.

"Who are you talking to?" John asked concerned.

"Did you know that banging your head against a wall burns 150 calories an hour?"

"What are you talk-"

"OOOH I bet you didn't know that cherophobia is the fear of fun!" I giggled.

"Where are you?" John asked.

"I don't exactly know.... HEY TIM WHAT'S THE NAME UP THIS PLACE?" I yelled laughing. "He's said its called cinemax?"

"You mean Sinema? And who's– You know what nevermind. I'll be there in five."

"Are you going to come turn up with-" I looked down at my black phone screen and frowned.

"He hung up on me." I mumbled looking up at Tim. "But I think he's going to come turn up with us Tim!" I happily yelled.

John's P.O.V.

I walked through the club's doors and looked around looking for the familiar brunette.

My attention was brought to the bar where there seemed to be a crowd cheering on... Addilyn.

I watched as she stood on the bar and sang IDFWU by Big Sean. I quickly made my way to the bar and pushed everyone out of the way. I reached the bar and managed to grab Addilyn by the waist and bring her down as the crowd booed.

"JOHN!" She yelled giggling. Yup, she was gone. "TIM!" she yelled, catching the attention of a young dude sitting at the bar. "THIS IS THE ASSHOLE'S FRIEND GUYS!!" Everyone around us booed and Tim just shook his head chuckling.

"Let's take you home" I mumbled trying to pull her out of the club.

"NO!" She yelled. "I wanna partaaaaaay with my bestie Tim" She slurred. "Ya know, Tim is my only real friend."

"You just met him." I said confused.

"But he hasn't betrayed me." She said smiling up at me. My heart broke as the words left her mouth knowing that I could have done something to prevent this.

"Let's take you home." I mumbled.

"But I don't have a home John." I closed my eyes as her innocent voice hit my ears.

"Yes you do, the Maloley residence is your home."

She shook her head confused and looked up at me."No it isn't. Home is where you can feel loved and trust those around you"

"Well then lets take you to a hotel." I said, looking down at her sadly.

"Okay." She smiled. We were halfway out the door when Addilyn stopped in her tracks and turned around, "TIM!! I'LL MISS YOU BESTIE. AND DON'T YOU WORRY, I WON'T TELL ANYONE THAT YOU'RE SECRETLY DJ KAHLED!!" she yelled, trying to wink but it only came out looking like she smelt something bad. The guy waved to her and she finally turned around and kept walking.

I grabbed the keys from her outstretched hand and unlocked the car. She got in the passenger seat and closed her eyes as I started the journey to a hotel.

I picked up Addy from the passenger seat and brought her up to the room that I had booked for the night.

I laid her on the bed, careful not to wake her up, and pulled the covers over her small body.

I closed my eyes at the pain of having to say goodbye and placed a small kiss on her forehead.

I stood up and placed a ticket back to Los Angeles on the bedside table along with setting an alarm on her phone so she wouldn't miss her flight.

I made my way towards the door and looked back at her sleeping figure before shaking my head and closing the door quietly.

It was over and there was nothing we could do to get her trust back.
