"You think she will wake up?" Someone said as the voices came back to me. I opened my eyes, squinting from the sunlight hitting them.

"She will be fine Shay, she must of been shocked or something." Mom spoke to Shay.

Please don't be him, please be a dream.

I shut my eyes once again. I decided to open them and see if Shay was really there.

I opened my eyes and saw mom and Shay arguing. I let out a small groan, as I looked around. I was in the back of a truck or car of some sort.

"Reese, your awake!" Mom yelled, as I sat up. From where we were, I was guessing it was the parking lot that mom must of not known they had. Shay stood in back of mom, not sure of what to do.

"Yeah, I'm fine. What happened?" I asked, rubbing my head.

"You fainted." Shay said from in back of mom as I looked back at him. There was a moment of awkward silence before I spoke up once again.

"Oh, well I didn't mean to. Mom, can we go?" I whispered the last part, as mom shook her head no.

"You can go if you want, we can reschedule?" Shay asked, as mom sighed. This must be hard for her, after all something did happen between them once.

"No Shay, she needs to know who you are. After you left us all those years ago." Mom said to Shay.

"Marie, I'm sorry about that but I have made amends with myself, and now I am here." Shay yelled, raising his voice a little bit. Some people looked at us.

Oh no, I needed to stop this now.

"I know Shay, but you need to spend time with your daughter." Mom said, resting her head against the truck. Shay sighed, as he adjusted his hat.

"Okay I-" was what Shay said before his phone went off.

"Sorry, I need to take this." He said, before he walked over to the other side of the parking lot. Mom sat down in the back of the truck next to me.

"So I really did faint?" I asked, as mom nodded her head and laughed.

"Yep, and it freaked some people out." Mom said, as rested her head against the car.

"Mom are you okay?" I asked, as mom picked up her head.

"Yeah I'm fine sweetie. I just have a small headache from all of this." Mom said as she picked up her head. Shay came back, as mom and I got up.

"Listen, I really need to go back to Idaho." Shay said.

"Shay you need to spend time with Reese! Please I-"

"Marie I have a important meeting in Idaho. I really need to go, but we can reschedule." Shay said as mom sighed.

"You know what!? Go Shay, go to Idaho! Be with your other family, and leave your daughter once again! You would of had two daughters, but I had a miscarriage! I bet you didn't know that, huh?" Mom yelled, leaving both Shay and I stunned.

I was a twin?

"Come on Reese let's go." Mom said, as I followed her out of the parking lot.
