His Favorite Type Of Weather

Ponyboy: Rainy
Why: Ponyboy likes the rhythmic noise rain makes. It's calms him down, and he can fantasize about why it's raining (EX: The Giantess that lives up in the sky is crying because her boyfriend dumped her. The clouds are being forced to run laps, so they're sweating.)

Sodapop: Foggy
Why: Sodapop doesn't really know why, but he enjoys the sleepy, nightime-ish aura that fog gives off. Fog is also the time that rainbows will appear most, fog usually happening after rain, and Sodapop is a huge sucker for rainbows.

Darry: Sunny
Why: Darry likes sunny weather so he and the gang can go outside and play football, have a cookout, or basically do anything family-ish together.

Johnny: Warm
Why: Johnny likes warm days, and especially warm nights, so he can sleep outside in the lot comfortably when his parents get rough. 

Two-Bit: Any Weather
Why: Two-Bit's happy with any weather. He's just an all-out happy guy, whether it's scorching hot, freezing cold, or anywhere in between.

Dally: Snowy
Why: If you ask Dally why he likes snow he'll say that it's because "Snow is as cold as his heart." As much as he refuses to admit it, he actually likes snow because it looks really pretty and shiny, and he likes to look at it up close and see each snowflake individually.

Steve: Cold
Why: Steve loves to feel the crisp morning air, and he thinks that Evie looks extra pretty when she's all bundled up in winter clothes.

Question: What's your favorite type of weather? I like when it's sunny, but still sorta cool, or that cool, foggy breeze after rain. I too, like Sodapop, am a sucker for rainbows. :)
