Kageyama did not get enough, if any, sleep last night because of what had happened. He trudged to his class, wiping sleep from his eyes. Hinata saw him as soon as he stepped into the hall.

"Hey Kageyama!" He shouted, running towards him.

"Oh. Hey Hinata." Kageyama replied, yawning. Hinata looked concerned.

"Are you alright?" Hinata asked.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm fine." Kageyama replied and continued walking over to his class.

"I'll see you at lunch, right?" Hinata shouted.

"Yeah sure." Kageyama replied, not really caring. He sat at his desk. He found it hard to concentrate when the teacher was talking. He felt his eyes closing shut, and he didn't fight it. Soon he was asleep. The teacher noticed.

"Excuse me, Kageyama-kun." She said. When he didn't reply, the class snickered slightly. She walked up to his desk. "Excuse me, Kageyama-kun." She repeated, louder. He heard this and woke up. He opened his eyes to see his teacher staring directly at him. He quickly sat up straight.

"S-Sorry!" He said. The rest of the classes' snickers turned into full-on laughter. He blushed, avoiding everyone's eye contact.

"Do not doze off in class again, okay?" The teacher said.

"Y-Yes, Miss." Kageyama replied, looking down. The rest of his classes went by in a blur until it was lunch. He could hear his orange-haired friend coming from a mile away. A lot of crashing noises and hurried "Sorry!"s announced his arrival. He rushed into Kageyama's classroom, smiling.

"Hey!" Hinata said happily. He pulled a chair from the desk next to Kageyama's and sat down next to him. His cute little smile made Kageyama want to forget what happened the night before.

"Hey." Kageyama replied, opening his boxed lunch. Hinata began saying something, but Kageyama couldn't understand what he was saying because his mouth was completely filled with food. "Don't talk while you have food in your mouth, dumbass." Kageyama sighed. Hinata swallowed his food.

"I said, are we gonna practice the fast quick again? I mean we did it well in the practice game yesterday, but we need to perfect it." Hinata repeated. Kageyama nodded, eating more of his lunch.

"Yeah sure." He replied. Should I ask about what happened the night before? He asked himself. "Um, Hinata.." He begun.

"Yeah?" Hinata replied, eager to hear what Kageyama was going to ask him. He was giving up the 'playing innocent' act he was holding up the previous night.

"Um.." Kageyama swallowed, "What were you doing last night with that girl-" He begun, but the bell rang loudly.

"Oh, sorry! I have to get to class!" Hinata said, and he seemed to be avoiding the question.

"Oh. Okay." Kageyama replied. Hinata ran out of the class, bumping into a few people on his way.

Kageyama sighed, knowing he'll have to ask some time today. He organised the books on his desk, getting the right ones for this lesson. I should ask tonight at training. He thought.

Hinata ran to his class as fast as he could, smacking into a few people along the way. "Sorry!" He shouted as he hit into a second-year girl. She gave him a disgusted look but he ran past. He arrived in his classroom, half sliding along the ground to slow himself down. Luckily there weren't many people in here right now. He sat at his desk, trying to regain his breath. That was close. He thought, wondering how he would've answered Kageyama's question if the bell hadn't had rung. I have a strong feeling Kageyama does not like the girl I've been talking to. After all, her and me are only- his thoughts were cut off by a rush of students entering the class. The teacher followed them in. "Okay, everyone. Today we will.." The teacher began, but Hinata completely ignored him. He drew absentmindedly on a piece of paper. He rested his head in his hand while the other continued to draw. He sighed quietly, thinking about volleyball training. Thinking about what he will practise today. Thinking about his and Kageyama's weird quick.

Thinking about Kageyama.
