A/N: One of the longest bits in the story so far yay (I'll stop interrupting your reading experience with A/N's now)

He ran to the direction Kageyama went. Hinata assumed he went to his house, so he stopped and grabbed his bike. He rode as fast as he could to Kageyama's house. When he arrived, he dropped his bike and ran to the front door. He rang the doorbell, panting hard. The door opened, revealing a woman who Hinata assumed was Kageyama's mother. That's odd, Hinata thought, Kageyama always said that his parents are off at work all the time.

"Oh, hi!" Hinata said, "Is Kageyama home?"

"Oh yes. He's just in his room." Kageyama's mother said. "Wait, you're Hinata, right?" she asked.

Hinata nodded and smiled. "Yes, I am." He said happily.

"Oh wow, Tobio has said so much about you! Did you know he has a-" Kageyama's mother began, but was cut off by a gruff voice.

"Mum." They said, almost hissing. Kageyama's mother moved away to see who it was. Of course it was Kageyama. As soon as he made eye contact with Hinata, he blushed a deep red and looked away. "Hey Kageyama!" Hinata said happily. Too happily.

"Hinata, come here." Kageyama said, his voice devoid of emotion. Hinata reluctantly walked over.

"Okay, I'll leave you boys alone." Kageyama's mother said and walked to another room. Kageyama walked to a room, and Hinata followed. Kageyama opened the door and revealed what Hinata thought was his bedroom. Kageyama beckoned him inside and Hinata obeyed.

"Why did you come here?" Kageyama asked, his face still covered in a blush.

"Well, after you k-kissed me-" Hinata swallowed, regaining his posture. "After you kissed me you just left. Weren't you gonna say anything?" Hinata asked, his voice quite loud. Kageyama shushed him.

"You dumbass!" Kageyama shouted, lifting Hinata up by the collar of his shirt.

"O-Ow, Kageyama!" Hinata yelled, trying to get Kageyama to let go by fighting back. Hinata used his strength to force all his weight onto Kageyama, forcing him to fall back. Hinata was pretty much sitting on top of him now, panting hard. Kageyama was still holding onto Hinata's collar tightly. He pushed Hinata, but he stayed in his place.

"Get off me, you dumbass!" Kageyama shouted, but Hinata refused to budge. Kageyama instead rolled over so Hinata was lying under him instead, trying to get the upper hand in the fight. His hands were on either side of Hinata's head. Hinata looked quite shocked, because Kageyama was literally sitting on top of him. Hinata tried to punch him, but he dodged. Well, mostly. Hinata's fist grazed the side of Kageyama's face. But he didn't move a centimetre.

"Ow. Stop fighting me, you idiot!" Kageyama shouted.

"Hey boys would you like some.. oh." A familiar voice rang out. Both Kageyama and Hinata froze in their spot. Kageyama looked up to see his mother, standing in shock with some food in her hands.

"Oh god. Mum, I swear it is not what it looks like." Kageyama said, blushing. Hinata suddenly realised that what they're doing (more like, what position they were in) could look like to anyone who didn't know the context. His face, in turn, blushed deeply.

"Um.. I'm sorry, Kageyama's mum-" Hinata said, but Kageyama looked down and glared at Hinata, causing him to shut up.

"Mum. Believe me, we were just-" Kageyama began, but now it was his turn to be cut off.

"Excuses, excuses. I'll just leave this here for you. Keep doing what you want, just be sure to be safe!" She called out, laughing. He didn't think it was possible, but Kageyama blushed even more.
