"Please don't go babe, I can't let you go!" You scoff at Josh as he pleads on his knees.

"Yeah right, did you say that to every other girl you've been fucking for the past few months?" You reply, chucking his phone at him. Tears stream down your cheeks as you remember the messages, the pictures, the things he said to the other girls, the ones he said he was in love with. Every morning he would leave early for work but in your heart you could feel the lies he was telling.

"I won't let you go!" He cried.

"Josh, I am so sick of your lies and you know, I loved you from the start, and you were really good at acting, at pretending like waking up with me every morning was the greatest moment of your life. I know now that it was all one big lie. I mean, what were you even thinking?!"

"I wasn't, (Y/N), please... I promise-"

"Veronica, Sarah, Jessica?! Why?! Why would you do that to me and MIKE?! I HATE YOU AND I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!" You ran out of the house, running down the road not thinking about where you are going. You see lights, bright ones. Looking up, you get a good look at a pair of headlights while they smash against your body, banging your head on the hood of the car, then the cement. You can hear faint shouting as you drift of into a sweet nothingness.

You wake up, looking over at Josh as he cries his eyes out, and he hear the flatline ringing in your ears. You know what that means. You walk over to stand next to Josh and look at your lifeless body laying in the hospital bed. You place a kiss on his cheek and a hand on his shoulder. You both speak in sync at the same time, repeating the words you have always said to each other.

"I'm so sorry. I won't let go..."
