The Day I Left You

Chapter 7

Days had passed by and everything was perfect. Andy and Siren were happy together. They did everything together. Siren, even though she had her doubts about the relationship, thought that they would be together for a long time. She was so happy she had met Andy and was happy that everything was doing fine. Or at least that was what she thought.

Siren was in math class when she decided to write a letter to Andy. She wrote about how happy she was with him and other stuff. It was passing period when Siren decided to give Andy the letter. She was walking towards Andy's first period class when she looked up as saw a big surprise. Andy was standing next to his ex holding her backpack. Siren's heart dropped and it felt like it had shattered to a million pieces. She didn't know what t think. She felt like she had been used. She went up to Andy threw him the letter and walked away. She hoped that he would chase after her but he didn't. He stayed and acted as if he had done nothing wrong. She cried and cried till she felt like she had no tears left in her. There were tears every where she went. She had left them every where she had walked by. She went into her 2nd period class not knowing what to do. She had Andy's ex in her 2nd period and it was hard for Siren to even hear her name.

Siren expected a text from Andy but she did not received anything from him. It broke her heart to know that he didn't even try to talk to her. It was only because that someone told Andy that Siren was crying when he decided to go to her. She wanted nothing to do with him at the moment. The thought of him made her depressed. When finally Andy talked to her she just wanted to punch him in the face and leave him. Andy had told her that they were just friends and that of course he was going to talk to her because she was in his class. Siren didn't believe anything but she just did not want to listen to anymore words come out of Andy's mouth. The rest of the day was fine but Siren never lost the feeling being used.

A couple of days passed by when Siren realized that Andy was still talking to his ex. Andy had told Siren that he wanted to talk to her near that girl's bathroom. Siren was walking towards Andy with a smile on her face when she realized that he did not have a smile.

"Before I tell you anything I want you to know that I love you so much. " Andy commented before he told Siren his thoughts.

"I love you too." Siren said confused about what he was going to say.

" I still have feelings for my ex. I have her in some of my classes and I just haven't lost all feelings for her." Andy claimed with fear in him voice about what Siren was going to say.

"Then why are you still with me? Siren asked

"Because I really do love you. " Claimed Andy

Siren had no words. She had never cared for anyone in her life like she cared for Andy. She felt played. She knew that someone like Andy could never love someone like her.

The day after that Siren didn't go to school. She had woken up feeling sick to her stomach. Her mom had gone to work so Siren was alone. Andy had barley texted Siren that day but he had promised her that he was going to go visit her. Also that he would have made a decision to who he wanted to be with. Siren was frightened over Andy's decision but she knew that she would move schools if Andy was to break up with her.

It was later on the day when Andy went to go visit her. Siren was sick of being home and doing nothing so they decided to go for a walk.

"So what are you thinking?" Asked Siren scared of the answer but knowing she had to ask.

"I love you so much and I want to stay with you." Answered Andy. After crying all day and seeing the world as a dark place she finally smiled and saw the colors that the world actually had. She finally saw that the roses were red and that some were white. Siren finally realized that the sun had been out all day. Siren was so content that Andy chose her and that she could finally hold his hand, kiss, and hug him. Siren had finally stopped shaking of fear. She had never been more happy in her life. She had felt like she had been chosen before anyone else first. After feeling like a mistake in life she had finally felt like she had a real purpose in life. They said no word. Siren had hugged him tighter then ever. she didn't want to let him go but she knew something was wrong. He wasn't talking the same. He also didn't seem so happy with her but she didn't want to ruin the moment. She had a strange feeling about what was happening but she she hadn't said anything. After feeling like her world was going to end if Andy left her she felt like nothing was able to ruin her life anymore.

Later that day Siren and Andy were talking and the conversation went down hill quickly. Andy was again wondering if he wanted Siren or his ex girlfriend. Siren felt sick to her stomach through the whole conversation. Her anxiety had gotten worse. Siren told Andy that she had a terrible pain in her stomach and that she would text him later. About five minutes after they had hung up the phone Siren's mom ran into her room. Siren had been yelling in pain. She had texted Andy that she was going to the hospital and that she didn't know when she would get out.
