We're both sitting in a glamorous dazzling restaurant
The chandelier shines brightly across the room giving it an ethereal magical feel
We've eaten all three of our courses in silence
Me watching her
She watching me
My green blazing eyes keep a steady gaze on her face and drop occasionally to her stomach
I want to know if my little pumpkin is growing yet
She tells me I can't see anything yet
She's wearing a white lustrous tight maxi dress which accentuates her curves
I'm wearing a jet black tuxedo which highlight my gorgeous tanned skin
We're both sitting in silence gazing at each other in wonder
"You told me you love me," she simply says dropping her gaze to the empty bowl in front of her
"I do. I do love you. You're having my child, why wouldn't I?" I reply coldly, my voice slightly strained
"I'm guessing uni is going to be on hold," I sigh rubbing my hands over my face, trying to lighten my tone
"We don't need to worry about that too much," she says quietly
I raise an eyebrow
Is she thinking of not going anymore because of the baby?
"Why?"
"I'm not 18."
My heart ruptures
"What do you mean?"
She repeats herself, more firmly against the backdrop of my confusion
My green eyes shatter
