(A/N: heads up this is an AragornXOC story, Arwen had gone to the Grey Heavens when her father told her to.)

Celeblasdes's POV

The ride was nice, and something I had never experienced before. Everything was beautiful and green. The mountains were tall and majestic. But I think the only mountain that held any real amazement to me would be Erebor. The place my godfather ruled. Ridding out of Mirkwood, I was met with grassy planes and rocky out crops. In the distance as I went I saw the bear form of Beorn, the skin-changer. Smiling I continued on; riding through the Gladden Fields near Carrock, I sped up when I caught sight of Legolas and some Elves of Lorien. He must have heard my approach because he turned and smiled. Stopping a few feet away an elf held my horse while I jumped off.

"Nanath? I thought Celeb was coming." He said standing in front of me, giggling I took off my mask and smiled, "I did." Laughing with me he wrapped me in a hug while the others bowed slightly. Pulling away I got a better look at my brother, he hadn't changed in a while, except his hair it got longer. He wore a green tunic under a silver gray cloak. His bow and quiver were on his saddle so he wasn't warring them. "Come lets go, we don't want to be late." I nodded and got back on, and put my mask back on. Riding we arrived a little after 11 in the morning, dismounting we were greeted by Linder.

I had met him four or five time when I was a child and he visited with Lord Elrond and his Daughter Lady Arwen. Dismounting our horses were tended to while we were lead to rooms to freshen up in. Leaving my weapons on my bed I walked around. Finding the library I looked at all the books most of them I had already read on my own and with my father. "Lady Cólwen?" Someone asked, turning to see who I became glad for my mask, because this man was beautiful and really familiar.

Shoulder long chocolate brown wavy hair, and a matching dark beard trimmed short, a strong nose and deep grey eyes which were locked on me, he was tall probably 6'2" broad shoulders, and strong arms, he was wearing black and dark grey. Going for my hood first I was going to pull it off when a man walked in. He had ash blond hair and brown-green eyes his uniform said he was a man of Gondor.

When he saw us, he looked to the man first, "you are no Elf." The darkly dressed man shook his head, "men of the south are welcome here." The Gondorian nodded "who are you?" "I am a friend to Gandalf the Grey." He seemed impressed by the tall man's connections. Looking him over again I noticed a ring on his left hand index finger. Two serpents with golden crowns and an emerald right in between the heads. I finally remembered who this man was. He was Aragorn son of Arathorn Isildur's heir. I smirked under my mask. "Then we are here on common purpose...friend." He said the words like it was an insult. But Aragorn didn't say anything about it.

Turning their attention back to me, I bowed slightly and left. If this Gondorian was giving such hostility to Aragorn while not knowing who he was I didn't want it either. "Wait." Turning I looked at him as he looked down at me. Raising his hands he hooked his fingers into the sides of my mask, I could feel his fingertips touch my cheeks, they were warm and rough. But they sent shocks and shivers through my body.

When he pulled it off, I took it from him, he smiles at me, "I remember you." I nodded. I remember him as well as I did back when I saw him in the library. The last time I saw him he was filthy and covered in dirt, mud, sweat and blood but now that he was cleaned up, I was able to remember from when he came to Mirkwood with the creature Gollum.

"It's nice to see you again, Estel." He smirked "and you too, Celeblasdes." The feeling of being watched by many eyes finally came into my senses. Smiling one last time I put my mask back on and turned to see four little hobbits they were adorable. But one carried something really evil and menacing. It sucked out my energy making me wobbly and dizzy, holding in the need to collapse I bowed my good night and returned to my room.

///ZZZ///

Waking up the next morning I looked out my window to see the sun was just rising. Knowing I wouldn't fall back to sleep I got up washed up and got dressed. Putting on my armour, hood cloak and over-cloak and mask I went to the council meeting what with it being mid morning now. When I got there the same time as the little hobbit I saw yesterday was there he was in a seat next to Gandalf.

My brother sat with the Lorien elves and the dwarves of Erebor, Blue Mountains and Iron Hills. Several men from all over the lands sat across from them the only empty seat was the one next to Aragorn. Taking it my brother smiled at me and I nodded letting him know I saw and wished him a good morning as well.

Ten minutes passed before Lord Elrond came in, sitting he started, "strangers from distant land you have been summoned here to answer the threat of Mordor. Middle-earth stands upon the brink of destruction. None can escape it. You will unite, or you will fall." There was a silence and I could feel the Gondorian's eyes on me, "who is the creature behind the mask?" Elrond looked at me and smirked slightly I caught the same look from Glóin, Legolas, Gandalf and Aragorn. "It is the child of Gondolin and Mirkwood. Show a little respect."

Glóin said looking at the man. "How was I to know if his face is hidden?" He said looking at me. I looked at Elrond and he nodded, raising my hands to my hood I pushed it from my head and let my long silver-blond hair spill out, then reached for the mask, taking it off I set it to hang on the arm of my chair.

There were several soft gasps and a soft mass of whispers as those who were clueless to my identity muttered to each other. "You are familiar girl, who are you?" The man asked sitting up I kept a straight face, "I am Celeblasdes daughter of King Thranduil and Queen Cólwen." The man sat up, "so this is the mysterious princess I heard rumors about." I bowed my head in acknowledgement. When everyone settled Elrond continued.

"Each race is bound to this fate, this one doom. " he paused to look at the little hobbit in suede brow, "bring forth the Ring, Frodo." The hobbit– Frodo stood up and laid the ring on the dais. It's power already trying to get someone to do its will. I could feel it search the room for a soul with a weak heart and mind. It seemed to stop on the man who questioned me before.

Aragorn and I looked around the room for the signs of a hostile take over on any of the council members but it seemed to only come from the man. The ring has chosen its next victim. Frodo seemed troubled like he could hear the ring speak and its words hurt him. Standing the Gondorian moved towards the middle of the room. His movement towards the ring set everyone on edge. "In a dream I saw the eastern sky grow dark...but in the west a pale light lingered. A voice was crying: 'your doom is near at hand. Isildur's bane is found.'"

Reaching for the ring Elrond and Gandalf made eye contact as he reached for it Elrond called his name "Boromir–!" But was cut off by Gandalf and his shouts in black speech. "Never before has any voice uttered the words of that tongue here in Imladris." Getting back to my thoughts after that I felt chills down my spine. Gripping the arms of my chair I furrowed my brow in concentration, the power of the ring is powerful. But my mother's words filled my mind. 'In the presence of darkness the elves of Gondolin are strong, but because you are part of your father, it will take some toll. But if you find your one love. You will become stronger with them.' I smiled at her words.

When I focused on what was happening, it would seem I missed a massive argument. Looking around Frodo was on his feet, and looking around startled, "Though... I do not know the way." This hobbit is probably the bravest little creature ever. "I will help you bear this burden, Frodo Baggins as long as it's yours to bear." I smiled at got up. "You are probably the strongest one here, weather it is by your will or body, I will protect you, you have my armour."

Kissing his hair line I stood next to Frodo and Gandalf, and watched as others pledged themselves to him. "Ten Companions...so be it. You will be the Fellowship of the Ring." Elrond said smoothly "great!" One of the little hobbits added, he wore a green wool jacket. "So where are we going?" We all looked at him wondering if he even paid attention to the meeting.
