Third person's point of view.
After one of Celeblasdes' regular check ups on Théodred, she was standing out on the stairs of the king's home, and in the distance she could see to small children riding one horse. Squinting to see more she saw when the boy behind the girl fell, calling for her horse she rushed out to them.

Inside the Golden Hall, the two children are eating. Èowyn is by their side as Celeblasdes checks them over for injuries. "They had no warning. They were unarmed. Now the Wildmen are moving through westfold, burning as they go, every rick, cot, and tree." Éowyn said wrapping a blanket around the young girl. "Where's mama?" The little girl asks with a mouth full of food, "hush." Celeblasdes shushed as Gandalf spoke.
"This is but a taste of the terror that Saruman will unleash. All the more potent for he is driven mad by the fear of Sauron." Gandalf explained before adding, "Ride out and meet him head on. Draw him away from your women and children. You must fight." Speaking up Aragorn said "You have two thousand good men riding north as we speak. Èomer is loyal to you. His men will return and fight for their king." His pipe lit and in his hand, but the king shook his head doubtfully,
"They will be three hundred leagues from here by now! Èomer cannot help us." Stepping down from his throne he stared blankly ahead "I know what is that you want of me. But I would not bring further death to my people. I will not risk open war." Celeblasdes was getting frustrated now, "Open war is upon you, whether would risk it or not." She said sternly and icily. The king looked at her and stood in front of her, she was his height of not an inch more because of her height heeled boots.
"When last I looked, Théoden, not Celeblasdes, was king of Rohan." Breaking the tension Gimli belched, "Burp!" Celeblasdes raised her brow at him in disgust. Then Gandalf spoke when the silence blew over the group, "Then what is the king's decision?"

Celeblasdes stood by her horse stall gathering her things as a dark brown horse struggled with his keepers, about to help she was beaten to it when Aragorn stopped and calmed the horse down. Speaking in Rohirric and Elvish to both the horse and men he was able to subdue the horse and remove the ropes tethered to him. Celeblasdes felt waves of pride come over her as she watched,
"he is a good man." Legolas said from beside her, looking to her half-brother she nodded "I approve wholeheartedly of the two of you being together, and Nanath does as well, but knowing our father he's going to take some time to convince." Legolas joked before walking off to saddle up his and Gimli's horse.
Celeblasdes rolled her sapphire blue eyes and jumped a little when Aragorn startled her with his hug, giggling a bit as he chuckled in her ear she turned and kissed his nose. "I'm so proud of you." She said honestly. Leaning his forehead against her's, he relished in her love for him and her trust in his ability to help those who needed it.
Turning in his arms Celeblasdes kissed him before heading off to finish getting ready. The people of Rohan are heading towards Helm's Deep. Théoden while riding beside Celeblasdes turns and takes one last look at Edoras. Setting her hand on his forearm she got his attention, "you will return." Giving her a tight lipped smile he nodded before riding to the head of the colony.
