Celeblasdes' point of view.

Gimli and I were hacking and slicing away at the Uruks, giving the King and his men time to seal up the door, "Shore up the door!" he ordered and I fought side by side with Gimli. Because my sword was long and the area we were fighting in was smaller than the ones before I switched to my long blades and fought in close corridors. Saruman's army puts up more ladders and I start to panic a bit. Out the corner of my eye, I saw Legolas shoot the chain for one of the ladders. It fell, crushing some of the Uruks below.

But it wasn't enough, there were still way too many. The men are still trying to seal the gates, as Gimli and I continue fighting on the other side. "Gimli! Celeblasdes! Get out of there!" The King shouted before they closed up the gates. I nod to the King and fight some more to figure out a way to get off the bridge alive. "Celeblasdes!!" daring to look at Aragorn who had called to me I smiled. Throwing down a rope I grabbed it, holding Gimli with me, I jumped on to it. Aragorn, Legolas, Dwalin, and Kili pulled us both up.

More ladders rise. I glare at them but before more could be done we needed to be on the wall. Pulling us completely onto the wall Aragorn hugged me before we hear the King order, "Pull everybody back. Pull them back!" Looking to Aragorn he froze for a moment before leading us back into the keep. "Fall back! Fall back!" Gamling shouted as Théoden added, "They have broken through. The castle is breached! Retreat!" Frowning we all moved quicker. Aragorn and I passing on the orders in both Elvish and Khazul.

Gamling continued to shout the order in case no heard it the first few times. "Fall back! Retreat! Retreat!"

It was almost dawn and we were all barricaded in the fort. The Uruks were trying to break through the inner doors. "The fortress is taken. It is over." Theoden King said darkly, his son glaring at him from his spot pushing things against the doors with the rest of the Mirkwood, Lothlorien and Erebor warriors and his own people. I got frustrated and lectured him, "You said this fortress would never fall while your men defend it. They still defend it. They have died defending it!"

I wasn't done yet, "I will not let the deaths of my people be in vain! How about you?!" I roared "Is there no other way for the women and children to get out of the caves?" The king and his men remain silent. "Is there no other way?" the King's son came over to me and grabbed my shoulder to get my attention, "There is one passage. It leads into the mountains. But they will not get far. The Uruk-hai are too many."

Grabbing his shoulder I said: "Send word for the women and children to make for the mountain pass. And barricade the entrance!" he nodded and took off. "So much death. What can men do against such reckless hate?" Theoden finally said after being quiet for so long. The Uruk-hai are still trying to break the door. Narrowing my eyes at him I stood up straighter. "Ride out with us." I said as Aragorn came up beside me. Théoden turns to face Aragorn and I. "Ride out and meet them." Aragorn said firmly.

Frowning Théoden asks, "For death and glory?" Aragorn shook his head, "For Rohan. For your people." Kili coming over to us announced, "The sun is rising." Aragorn and I looked to a small window up high on the wall and smiled. "Yes. Yes! The horn of Helm Hammerhand shall sound in the deep, one last time." The King said confidently, having regained his fighting spirit. "Yes!" Gimli shouted joining us having been standing next to Kili. Theoden stood in front of us and placed his hands on our shoulders.

Looking us deep in the eye he smiled, "Let this be the hour when we draw swords together." we nod and our horses are brought to us, "Kili! Take the rest of the Dwarves and head to the caves meet up with Theodred and protect the women and children!" He nodded and they took off. Dwalin stopped for a moment and looked to me, "Come back alive lass, or your parents and Thorin will kill us." I nodded and he followed the others. Pulling on his helmet the King roared, "Fell deeds awake. Now for wrath. Now for ruin. And the red dawn!" and then drew his sword.

Aragorn and I following suit along with the rest of the men and elves. From where we were we heard Gimli blow into the horn and the doors give in. "Forð Eorlingas!" The King cried. The King rides out with myself, Aragorn, Legolas, my elves and his men by his side. We are met with a still very large group of Uruks, were fighting as we hear Gimli blow the horn again. We're fighting down the causeway into the Uruk army when Aragorn stops and looks up. Following his eyes, I see Gandalf on the back of Shadowfax.

A huge smile breaks out across my face as I see him. "Gandalf." I breathe out in a relieved sigh, Théoden turns to look up. Wondering who we were staring at and a smile reaches his lips as someone else joins Gandalf. Èomer draws his sword and the King says his name happily, "Èomer!" said warrior, calls for his men, "Rohirrim!" the men in his large group come up behind him as their leader gave the command, "To the king!" Gandalf and the Rohirrim charge down a hill to Uruk-hai.

The Uruk-hai point their spears at them, but are blinded when the sun rises. They fight.

It's almost over, we chased the last of the Uruks toward the forest but Èomer and I stopped our own men from going any farther. "Stay out of the forest! Keep away from the trees!" I shouted as I ran my horse in front of the army, Èomer mirroring me. The Uruks run into the forest and we all watch as it groans and sways. Horrible sounds emerge. Heading back to the keep, I'm looking around for Aragorn but he finds me first and embraced me. Smiling into his neck he sighs into my shoulder.

"Thank the gods your okay." I smile. "I was with you most of the time, sorry if I worried you went we weren't together." he shook his head and just kissed me softly. Sighing into it I hugged him closer to me.
