Chapter 15

Nicole's POV

Everybody is now 6 months pregnant! We all have huge bumps but the Lynch's are carrying twins so they are massive. Only 3 months to go and I'm gonna be a mum. I'm still in shock. I haven't had much sleep as this little rascal has been kicking non stop when it's time to go bed. The house is full of hormonal women. The guys are doing everything for us and when we are really moody they make sure to stay well back. It's kinda funny. I have grown really close to Ryder and he helps me through the tough times and cheers me up. He told me he is really excited to be an uncle to this baby. Even though we aren't related. We practically are, our mums are so close. They've grown up together, so have we.

He said he is gonna help me with this baby as much as he can.

What if my baby doesn't like me? What if I'm a failure as a mother? What if I screw up?

"Your not gonna be a failure, your gonna be an amazing mother! Stop thinking like that! Your baby is gonna love you!"-Ryder

"H-how did you know I was thinking that?"- Nicole

"You wasn't thinking it..."-Ryder

I just sigh and throw myself onto my bed groaning.

"Wanna go grab something to eat?"- Ryder

"YES!!! I-I uh mean sure..."- Nicole

He chuckled and grabbed my hand leading me downstairs. He grabbed the car keys and we got into his car. We go to 'Menchies'. I get a Smurfberry with m&m's and banana & Ryder gets Cotton candy with kit kat & strawberries. When I go to pay for mine Ryder stops me & hands him the money. I blush and look away before he notices. All of a sudden I hear gasps and people are pointing at me. Then I look down and forget that me & Roxy are hiding our pregnancies. I didn't bring a jacket or wear baggy clothes. Instead I wore a tank top that was kinda tight. I start panicking and I think Ryder noticed too as he asked if I was okay. News reporters came from nowhere and shoved mic's and cameras in our faces. Ryder quickly threw his jacket over me. It was baggy on me so nobody could see the bump anymore. Paparazzi came and the flashes hurt my eyes. We tried running back to the car but I couldn't run as I am heavily pregnant. Ryder bent down indicating for me to jump on his back.

"I'm fat, you won't be able to carry me..."-Nicole

"Nicole! You are not fat! You are pregnant, there's a difference! Now get your butt on my back right now!"-Ryder

I start laughing and then he realises what he said. A smile tugs onto his lips and he hauls me onto his back. He runs down the street holding me on his back. We still had our frozen yogurt when we reached the car. We got in and began eating and laughing.

"That was a close call. Do you reckon they saw?"-Nicole

"I'm not sure? I don't want things to get bad for you!"-Ryder

"What if they think that you're the father?"-Nicole

"Then I'll tell them I am"-Ryder

"Why would you do that?"-Nicole

"Your my best friend, I'd do anything for you!"-Ryder

I blush and look away again. Gosh! What this guy does to me!... wait... what?

I push the feelings aside as I finish my frozen yogurt. On the way back I am craving ice.

"Ryderrrrr..."- Nicole

"What are you craving?"-Ryder

"How did you know?"-Nicole

"You only ever do that when your craving..."-Ryder

"Ice..."-Nicole

"Ice? On its own?"- Ryder

I nod and rub my stomach.

We pull over at the store and he runs in. 3 minutes later he come out with a BIG bag of ice, I start smiling and clapping. I grab the bag and thank him. Then I start munching.

When we get home I turn on the TV and sit down eating my ice. I turn on the news and my mouth drops open.

"Hello this is Katherine Jenner and your watching RSL news... Today's top story 'Nicole Worthy Pregnant With Ryder Lynch's Baby?' Today the teens were spotted at a nearby 'Menchies'. Where locals witnessed the pair together. Nicole Worthy, Daughter of Raini & Calum Worthy was spotted with a huge baby bump. Ryder Lynch, Son of Laura & Ross Lynch was very protective over her and acted in a flirting manner. Is love in the air or even better, is there a new baby on the way? Watch later for the full story.
