Chapter 14

Rydel's POV

Today is my birthday. I wake up and run to the bathroom, I start throwing up while Ratliff holds my hair back.

I run downstairs to get breakfast. When I reach the kitchen the table is full of breakfast. There's pancakes, waffles, French toast, bacon, eggs, fruit, coffee, and a few more things. Everybody sat down as we all pigged out. After all the food was devoured, we started getting ready. Today we was going out to celebrate my birthday. I was in the shower when I heard the door open and Ratliff joined me. He helped me wash my hair and I helped him was his. We leant in as the water hit our skin. Our lips met I still felt the same sparks I did almost 16 years ago. The door flung open and we heard puking. I peeped my head around the shower curtain to see Laura puking and Ross holding her hair back. I cleared my throat and they turned their heads towards me.

We stared at each other for 10 seconds before Ratliff pops his head out of the shower curtain. Then we all just burst out laughing. I know it may sound weird, my brother and sister in law in the bathroom while my husband and I shower, it's not like anybody can see anything, and besides Laura's seen everything of mine. She was there for Skylar's birth. But if Ross was to see me then GROSS! They left and we got out of the shower. I wrapped myself in a towel which was hard as I had a HUGE! Bump. Everybody is now 6 months pregnant and we are all huge. Especially Laura, Roxy & I, as we were having twins.

I got dressed and met the others downstairs. We got into our cars and drove to the local swimming pool. We hired the whole pool out to ourselves. There was Riker & His Wife, Rocky & His Wife, Ross & Laura, Ryland & His Wife, Raini & Calum, Nicole, Roxy, Ryder, Tristan, Skylar, Lorenzo, Riley, Reece, Ratliff & Me. My mum & dad even joined us. As we had the whole pool we set up a net in the middle of the pool. We hit the ball back an forth so it wouldn't hit the water, we played a load of games before everybody was getting tired. The girls couldn't do much as most of us are pregnant. We got out and went home. We got ready to go out for a meal. We left at 5:30 and went to Fernando's and got a table for 22. We had the biggest table in the whole restaurant. Everybody ordered and shortly after the food arrived. Before everybody started eating I grabbed a glass and a fork and tapped lightly. Everybody's gaze turned toward me and I cleared my throat.

"I would just like to thank everybody for making this one of the best birthdays I've ever had, I don't care about going out and drinking or getting rid of the kids for the night, as long as I'm here with the people I love and can't live without. As most of us are pregnant, we haven't had much strength but I'd just like to say thank you so much for making an effort and making me the happiest woman on earth right now. I'm so glad you guys are my family, I couldn't ask for better people, you guys are my life and in just 3 months we will be bringing even more life's into our crazy but awesome family. But the point is I'm so grateful that you guys could make it and I really do appreciate it. Here's to family!"

Everybody cheered and the girls had tears in their eyes. Hormones...

I sat down again and began eating my food.

When we were finished the waitress came back with a huge cake and everybody began singing happy birthday to me.

I blew the candles out and made a wish.

The cake was split between everybody.

There was a lot of cake left so we ended up having a cake fight in the middle of the restaurant. There was cake everywhere, everybody was laughing and throwing cake. We payed for the meal and for the mess and left. When we got home everybody was still laughing and guess what?

I peed myself AGAIN!

Ross looked at me and his facial expression was priceless.

"Rydel, how many times have we told you, it's gross,I know your pregnant but seriously? You don't see Laura peeing herself every time she laughs do you?"-Ross

"Actually..."-Laura

"Seriously?..."-Ross

That's when everybody was laughing again. I'm so glad my family had a good sense of humour and I'm glad that they are crazy and random. I don't know what I would do without them.

Once everybody was clean from cake and pee, we went to bed.

I was snuggled into Ratliff's chest as he stroked my hair. One arm was wrapped around my waist.

"Delly?"-Ratliff

"Yeah?"- Rydel

"What did you wish for?"-Ratliff

"I wished that this would never end..."- Rydel

"It won't end, we're all too crazy for that to happen, it runs in the blood..."- Ratliff

He chuckles lightly and we snuggle into each other even more. He rubs my stomach before saying "I love you DellyBear!"

"I love you too Elliboo!"-Rydel

"I love you 2 babies, I can't wait to meet you..."-Ratliff

He kept rubbing my stomach.

"They love you 2 Ell..."- Rydel

We kiss for a minute or 2 before I fall asleep in his arm.
