"So that's how it happened." Lucas looked at me with amazement. "I can't believe you did that, Thalia! I love you!" He cried! "I love you too!" I said back. I can finally have a normal relationship. And a normal life with normal friends. I can finally be me, not the person my mother want ls me to be. The next day I went to school for the first time as a normal high schooler. Sarah was so happy when I told her! I'm staying at her house now with her and her family. The rule book also stated that I'm not allowed to go back to my family ever again. That was a sacrifice I was willing to make. Of course I miss my mother but I finally got the happy ending that I've always wanted. I mean did you really think that this was going to have a bad ending? Come on! Don't you know that every story always has a happy ending?
