Aman's p.o.v

A few days has passed since I went out with Lilly. I can't stop thinking about her. Damn. Would she go out with me again? Well, I mean she did say that she would love to...

I should just ask.. taking out my phone I decided to text her.

A: Hey Lilly, are you free tomorrow afternoon for lunch maybe?

I nervously waited for her reply. Pacing around the house. Breathe Aman. Breathe. Then my phone buzzed.

L: hey, sure.

A: that's great!!  I'll pick you up at 11?

L: sounds good. I'll text you my address in the morning.

A: great. I'll see you tomorrow then.

L: I'll see you tomorrow too Aman.

OMG. She agreed. I have a date with her tomorrow. Play it cool Aman. Be cool.

Lilly's p.o.v

OMG. I have a date with him tomorrow. Again. Did I just say date? Wow that's new.

Walking out of my room I see Anoshinie sitting with Aaryan on the floor. I stand there and watch. "Hey aunty nanu? "

"Yes baby?" She replied watching him. I move behind the door to listen.

"Mama has a new friend?"

"Oh, ya Aaryan."

"What's his name aunty nanu?"

Aaryan was a smart kid.

"His name is Aman."

"I hope he doesn't hurt mama. I don't want to see her cry." He replied. Anoshinie moved closer to him and wrapped him in a hug whispering something I couldn't hear. Wiping away the tears that rolled down my cheeks, I smiled and entered the room.

"What's happening here?" I asked walking in.

"Mama!" Aaryan ran towards me. I got down on my knees and pulled him into a hug.

"Hi babyyy" I kissed the top of his head. "Can you go to your room and bring the drawing you did the other day?"

"Okay mama!" He replied running into his room.

I walked over to Anoshinie and hugged her tightly. "Nosh, can you bring Aaryan to day care tomorrow? I'm going out for lunch tomorrow. "

She smirked slightly, "with Aman?" She asked nudging me slightly. I nodded gently and looked on the floor. "Well, have fun. Text me if you need anything."

"Thanks Nosh, I will." I sat down next to Anoshinie as Aaryan returned with his drawing.
