Ch. 12: Who is This?

It's been 2 weeks and Garroth is still not well. I only told Katelyn everything. She and Laurence are the only ones that know. I heard a knock on my door. I opened it. On the ground laid a purple rose. I picked it up. There was a tag on the flower that said,

Aphmau,
I have been completely selfish and introverted. I want you to meet me in the park at 8:00 pm today. I need to tell you something.
Garroth.

I'm excited. I really want to talk to him, now I have the chance. Wait is it gonna be bad. Oh no! What if this is one of Laurence's set ups and he's gonna try to kiss me. Ya know what I'm not looking for a relationship. I just want to get to know everybody. Ahhhhh!!! I can't take this. If this letter is from Garroth then I'll be happy. If it's a set up, well I'll just have to wait.

Later that day. At 8:00 pm,

I was walking towards the park. I feel a vibration in my pocket. I look in my pock and get my phone out. Laurence texted me,

Aphmau!! I can't find Garroth anywhere. He's not in his room, the bathroom, forest, school, your dorm.

Wait!! My dorm?!?!!? I texted him back.

Laurence, why were you at my dorm?

Ohh!! Heheh. Sorry, but do you know where he is? He might be at the park. That's the only place I haven't checked yet.

Oh I'm heading there now.

Why are you going there?

I got a message at my door and it said Garroth wanted to meet me at the park.

Really?!?!? Is he back?!?

I don't know, but I'm about to find out.

Ummmm Aphmau??

Yeah?

I found Garroth. I'm looking out my window and I see him at the corner of the building curled up in a ball crying. Man he needs to man up. And I need glasses.

Wait he said that I had to meet him in the park.

APHMAU, TURN AROUND AND COME BACK. I THINK SOMEONE SET YOU UP.

Ohh! I knew it! I knew someone set me up.

Just turn around!

Ok ok. I'm turning around.

Aphmau, if Garroth won't listen to me, he has to listen to you. Can you go to the corner of the school and get him back?

Umm, I guess I can? I'll cya later!

I put my phone back in my pocket and started to head back to the school.
