Ch. 35: Who To Go With?

Aphmau's POV

Oh my Irene!!!!!!!! Prom is coming!!!!! Eeeeeeeee!!!!!!!! Who am I gonna ask!!! Wait!!! Who will ask me!!! Hopefully it's Garroth!!!!! Wait!!! Did I just think that?!?!? Ahhhh!!!! Forget it!!!!!! I'll go with whoever asks me!!!!! Maybe...... Oh!!! I forgot!!!! I got to get to Art class!!!! I ran to the class and opened the door. The teacher wasn't in the classroom yet so the students were able to talk. I looked around and saw Garroth and Laurence. I keep forgetting Garroth and Laurence are in this class! I walked over to them.

"Hey guys!" I said.

"Oh, hey Aph! Did you look at the bulletin board?" Laurence asked.

"Laurence!" Garroth said.

"Umm, yeah I did! You saw it too?" I said.

"Yep! So Aphmau! Will you go to prom with me?" Laurence asked. Garroth blushed.

"Uhhhh......" I had no idea what to say. Garroth got up from his desk.

"I'm going to excuse myself for a moment." Garroth said as he walked into the hallway and got a drink from the drinking fountain. Laurence looked at me.

"Ehhhh.....whoops.....now I regret what I did...." He said. "How could I have done that to my best friend. Right in front of him! Ugh!! I'm so rude!!"

"Laurence, you're not rude." I said.

"But that action I did was rude. Aphmau! Go with Garroth to prom!" He said.

"W-what! He never asked me though!" I said.

"I know but still! Just say that I uhhhh.... I don't know." Laurence said. "Wait! Just go with both of us!"

"What?!? Both of you?!?" I was so shocked.

"Yeah! So neither Garroth or I get jealous!" He said.

"That's actually not the worst idea you could come up with!" I giggled.

"I know right! Heh! So do you accept my---- I mean our prom request?" Laurence asked.

"Well... I have to ask Garroth first. If he agrees, then I'll accept. And if he disagrees?" I asked.

"Well, he'll be living a night of jealously..." Laurence said as he smirked.

"I see...hehehe!!! I'll go check up on Garroth." I said as I waved to Laurence and went out in the hallway. Thank Irene the teacher is not in the room yet! But in any case, I have to find Garroth. I looked over by the drinking fountain. He wasn't there. I thought he would stop by the men's room, so I went to check there. I saw him. He was standing outside the men's room. He looked at me.

"Did you come to tell me class was starting?" He asked.

"No...will you come to prom with me and Laurence?" I asked.

"So I'm going alone with you two?" He asked.

"No, you and Laurence are my dates for the prom." I said.

"So we're both gonna go with you?" He asked.

"Yep, Laurence thought it would be a good idea and I agreed with him. So will you go with me?" I asked.

"Uhhh....." He didn't have a response. I held my hand out to him. He took it. "Yes Aphmau...I will go with you..." He said.
