Ch. 49: Out of the Hospital

Aphmau's POV

Yes!!!! Garroth is out of the hospital! Laurance just texted me that Garroth got out 30 minutes ago. It's been 5 days since the whole incident. I feel bad because I only saw Garroth once while he was in the hospital. I will never forget that moment there. He kissed me. Such a bliss moment in my life. I could never forget it. I just texted Laurance where Garroth was. I waited a moment. Still waiting.....ding! Laurance replied saying that Garroth was back at their dorm. I jumped up and flew out the front door. I was running as fast as I could. Almost like lightning. Ok....not really. Moments later, I finally got to the dorm. I knocked on the door really hard. I was so excited about seeing Garroth, I could ignore the pain in my hand. The door opened.

"I see you're really enthusiastic about seeing Garroth." I looked at his pastel blue eyes. It was Laurance.

"Yep. So where is he?" I asked.

"He's in his room." Laurance said as he let me in. I walked over to Garroth's door and knocked on it. It took a moment for him to answer, but the door finally opened. I saw a bright blue cast on his right arm and some bruises on his face.

"Oh! Hey Aphmau!" Garroth said as a smile appeared on his face.

"Hey Garroth! Feeling better?" I asked. He nodded.

"Aphmau, hope you don't mind, but can I really quickly talk to you?" Garroth asked.

"Um, yeah sure." I said. He motioned his head towards the front door. I walked over to the front door with him and Laurance followed. Garroth looked back at him.

"Alone...." He said.

"Right." Laurance said as he backed away and walked into his room. Garroth opened the front door for me. I walked out into the hall and he closed the door behind himself.

"Aphmau......?" He whispered.

"Yes Garroth?" I whispered back.

"I have to a-ask you something..." He whispered.

"And.....what is that?" I asked.

"Will y-you go on a......date w-with me?" He stuttered. OMI!!!!!! This is the greatest moment of my life!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! What should I say!? Pfft! I already know.

"YES!!!!" I yelled. His smile grew big.

"R-really?!??!!" He yelled.

"YES!!!!!!!!!" I yelled again. He grabbed my hand and twirled me around. I couldn't stop giggling.

"Thank you..." He said.

"I'm excited about our date." I said.

"I'm excited too." He said.
