Chapter Thirteen

Puppet's P.O.V
I could tell that Ava was slowly getting feeling in her right arm. The pain could be seen on her face. I teleport us back in my box and in my room. Ava goes and sits on the bed.
"The pain is coming back Puppet"She said.
"I know"I said and gave her a shoot in her right arm.
"That should help"I said and go back to the small box.
I pull out the cleaning stuff and walk back to Ava. I sit on the bed next to her and unwrap her right arm.
"I'm going to have a story to tell when it heals and leaves a scar"Ava said as I unwrapped it all the way.
"You tell it to other people it would be a weird story to them"I said quietly.
I clean her cut and then start wrapping it back up.
"Puppet you ok"I hear Ava ask me.
"Umm, ya i'm fine"I said and went to put the cleaning stuff up.
"You don't sound ok"She said and I turn to her.
I sit next to her on the bed again.
"What's up"She asked me.
"If I was alive. *sighs* Tomorrow will be my twenty-first birthday"I said quietly.
Everything was quiet for a few minutes. I then feel Ava hug me with her left arm.
"Don't be upset about it. I'm here for you Puppet"She said and I see it's midnight now. I push Ava away and use my powers to try to stay human. I then just fall over on my bed.
"Puppet you ok"Ava asked me.
"Ya, just using my power and energy to stay human"I said and just looked up.
Ava laid next to me.
"If it's ok to ask. Do you still remember your real name"Ava asked me.
I sigh and close my eyes.
"Ya"I said and I knew she would ask what it is.
"What was your name"She asked me.
"It.......It was Matt"I said trying to hold tears back.
"Do you still remember your family"She asked me.
That's when I felt tears fall down my face. I still had my eyes closed and I felt Ava whip some off my face.
"I'm sorry"I hear her say.
"It's fine just hard to remember all of that stuff"I said and opened my eyes.
"Do you know the past of the others"She asked.
"Most of them yes"I said and whipped my face.
I grabbed my mask from the table next to my bed and put it on my mask. I felt Ava move closer to me. She laid her head on my chest and was just looking up.
"You should try to rest your still a little weak"I say to her through my mask.
"I didn't hear you because of your mask"She said laughing.
"Yes you did"I said.
"What still can't understand you"She said laughing again.
I pull my mask to the top of my head and look at her.
"What"She said and looked at me.
"You know what"I said.
"Hmmm no I don't"She said and smiled.
I sat up making her fall in my lap.
"That was just mean"She said looking up at me.
"I didn't understand what you said"I said smiling.
"I hate you"She said laughing.
"You can't hate me"I said and put my mask back on my face.
Ava pushes it back on the top of my head.
"What was that fo...."I go to say but got cut off by Ava kissing me.
This time I kiss her back. She pulls away and smiles. I smile and slowly put my mask back on my face.
"Jerk"She said smiling.
"Hmmm nah"I said laughing.
She laid back on my lap and I looked down at her.
"Your mask is weird"She said looking up at me.
"But you still like me"I said.
"Ya but I don't like the mask"She said and poked my mask.
"Hey! That's on my face you know"I said though the mask.
"Ya, I know"She said and poked it more.
"Stop it"I said and pinned her left arm to the bed.
"Darn it"She said and looked away.
I let go of her arm and pull my mask to the top of my head. She grabs my hand and holds it.
"Do you think the Shadows will come back for me"She asked me and looked up at me.
"If they do I will protect you"I said and kissed her forehead.
She smiled up at me.
"Now try to rest. Even though you have been passed out for two days, your body still needs the rest to heal your arm"I said and she sighed.
"Ok Puppet"She said and closed her eyes.
"Even if you can't sleep, your still resting your body right now"I said and she pulls my hand closer to her.
She lays my hand over her stomach.
"Thank you"She said quietly and just laid there.
It was so quiet after a little bit, I could hear the music box playing. It was quiet in my box. Golden Freddy was up with Freddy and the others so, the noise of him being in here wasn't there. I could hear movement outside the box. My box is always quiet but not this quiet. I hear movement in my box and I look at the door. I could tell Ava was haft asleep on me so I didn't move. I see Golden Freddy walk through the door and he was still human. He had his hand over his right eye.
"What's happened"I asked him.
"He through a flashlight at me and it hit my face. I turned human right when it hit me"He said and moved his hand.
It was black a little around his right eye.
"Come here"I tell him and he walks to me.
I put my hand on his face and it glows under my hand. I take my hand off his face and it was normal.
"Why can't you do that with Ava"He asked me.
"My powers are not strong enough"I said and looked down at her.
"One thing i'm confused about is why your human right now"I said to him
His powers must had messed up or he has a new power now. Golden Freddy sits on the other side of my bed next to me and lays his head on my shoulder.
"Why did this stuff happen to us"He asked me.
"I don't know Goldie"I said and he looks at me.
"You haven't called me that in forever"He said.
"Ya, I know"I said calmly and pets his head.
A few minutes later, he falls asleep next to me. I start to slowly doze off and I don't fight it. I then soon fall asleep.
-Dream-
It was dark in my mind. I haven't been here in so long, I wasn't surprised. I just stand there looking in the darkness. There was just nothing. Then I feel a pain in my back and see a purple hand on my shoulder.
"You shouldn't had came back"I hear a voice.
"Your always haunting my mind"I say a little in pain.
Ever though the pain is not real to me it feels real.
"And I can't get you to ever go away"I hear the voice say.
"If you didn't kill kids maybe I would had gone away!"I yell a little.
The voice just laughs.
"It was too easy to kill those kids"The voice said.
"We should still be alive! We were too young!!"I yell out and I feel the pain get worst.
"You guys were too weak"The voice said.
"Go to hell were you should be!"I said then I fall over.
I breathe heavy and I still feel the pain on my back.
"You ok"I hear someone say.
"I guess I will be fine"I said and look up to see Ava.
She smiled down at me and I stand up.
I put my hand on her shoulder.
"How are you in my mind"I ask her.
"I thought we were in mine"She said looking at me confused.
"Well, it's not safe in my mind"I said and back away from her.
"Why"She asked me.
"There are dark things here. You just don't need to be in here" I said and crossed my arms.
"Hey, it ok Puppet. I don't mind"She said and walked closer to me.
I see behind her that man and I see a evil smile on his face. He walks closer behind Ava and I close my eyes.
-Dream Ends-

I open my eyes and I was breathing heavy. I could feel a little pain on my back. That must had really did hurt my back. I look down at Ava then at Golden Freddy. They were both still asleep. I sigh and lay my head back.
"Why are you always in my head"I say to myself.
I lift my head back up and look at the time. It was 4:06. I sigh and pet Golden Freddy's head. I still couldn't move my other hand because Ava was still holding it. I knew Ava would wake up with feeling in her right arm but I can't do anything about it right now. I just sit there and wait for them both to wake up.
