"Umph.... That was an awesome movie." I said as I stretched my limbs, "But it's kinda sad that guy died, the guy who shot Loki with that cool gun thing... "
"Yeah..." We went silent for a few moments, but then Alice spoke up, "Who wants to go swimming?"
"Me!" Louise said excitedly.
"Let's go pick our swimsuits!" It seemed like Louise has been here a bunch of times, since she just pulled us to Alice's room to pick out their swimsuits.
As I guessed, they chose matching swimsuits -- one black and the other white. Soon, they were in my room debating whether I should wear the black or blue swimsuit.
"The black one." Alice says, "It makes your hair shine."
"No, the blue one. It matches your eyes more than the black one." Louise retorted.
"You see more of your hair, so the black one." Alice said.
They went on like that for a few minutes, until I decided to step in. "I'll wear the black one today, and the blue one next time, okay?"
"Okay."
*****
"I win!" I cheered for the third time in a row. "That's three for me, and zero for you guys."
"It's not fair!" Alice whined. "You're a bodyguard while I'm, well, lazy."
"Haha, sore loser! I'll teach you guys how to swim freestyle faster." I offered.
"Can I join?" A deep voice suddenly asked.
"Sure! Come on in- Ouch!" Alice said as I whipped around, hitting her with my wet ponytail.
"Sorry." I turned back to Eric. What's he doing here? Doesn't he have tons of work to do?
"Can't a guy have a break every now and then?" He asked before diving in. I'm guessing he knew from the way the three of us were looking at him.
I looked around for him, but when I finally saw him, he was reaching for my leg. "Eek!" And I quickly swam behind Alice.
"What did you do that for?" He came up, sputtering water. Oops, I might've kicked him while I was swimming away.
As I was going to apologize, he splashed water, making both Alice and I shout, "ERIC!"
And that's how the water war started, with Louise on Eric's team, and me on Alice's team. Sometime in between, I slipped out of the pool, and head to the pool storage area, where I remembered seeing some water guns when I was checking around the house.
"Here, Alice." I said as soon as I got back, throwing her one of the two guns I got.
"Yeahhhhh!" She let out a war cry, and shot Eric straight in the face.
"Did you just shoot me with water?" Before even getting a reply, he got out, picked Alice up, and threw her into the pool.
Then he laid eyes on me.
I saw a wicked glint in his eyes, and soon I was up in the air. "No, no, no! Let me down!"
But soon enough, I was flying un-gracefully through the air, screaming. I heard a loud splash and found myself completely submerged in the pool.
Louise joined me in the pool, and I grinned at her. Looking up, I saw Eric standing by the edge of the pool, facing the other direction. Perfect. I pushed off the pool floor with my legs, heading towards him.
He didn't hear a sound. I reached over and dragged him backwards, causing him to fall into the pool. I released him as soon as he lost his balance, so I could have time to escape.
"Jade! What was that for?" He sputtered.
"Hahahahaha! Nice!" Alice said while laughing her head off, and giving me a high five.
"Miss Alice, Mister Eric?" A man in a chef's attire walked out, "Dinner is almost ready."
We took the cue, and head back inside to take a quick shower and change our clothes.

"This is so good!" I exclaimed after I swallowed the bite of pizza. Who knew pizza could taste so delicious?
"Yeah. Renaldo is an awesome cook. He used to work in a five star hotel before coming here." Alice said.
"Five star? Oh wow." I said before taking a bite of my pizza.
Alice, Eric, and Louise then started to discuss some things about their companies, which I do not understand, so I just zoned out.
"So, Jade, what would you like dress in?" Louise suddenly asked.
"Sorry, I was zoning out." I apologized.
"You were? We had no clue!" She said, her eyes wide.
"You get pretty good at pretending you're paying attention when you're actually zoned out, if you have to spend more than a decade listening to your brothers talking about boring things during dinner." I cleared my throat, "So what was the question?"
"What would you like to wear to the party the day after tomorrow?"
"Huh? Who's the host? I'm not going to dress up, I'll just be in the shadows." I think I've already had my fill of parties to last for months.
"Louisa. But everyone has to go. It's held yearly, and a great chance to meet new company owners and the such." Alice said with disdain in her voice.
"Oh. Do I have to?" Please say no.
"Yeah. What did you think? We're going shopping tomorrow, and you're coming with us." Louise said. Not giving me a choice.
"Fine." They talked about the party, while I just stuffed myself full of delicious pizza.
