I can let it all go now
I can face this world without you
I've made it through the pain and confusion and found myself standing tall
The tears no longer threaten to escape
I'm not incomplete I am simply who I am
I am almost reborn with a heart that lies in one piece
It's steady beat letting me know that I am getting stronger every day
My eyes are bright and my smile one that is filled with honest true happiness
To be free from heartache is the simplest joy
One I treasure as I move on with my life
One step in front of the other as I walk forward
Happy within my own skin happy to be me
