Just another bucket list

Away from home

- Mom it's okay I'll call you when I get there. - I told her with a sad smile. I will miss her so much. But I have to go out and start a new life.
- Okay but don't forget that. - She said with tears in her eyes.
- I promise I won't. - I said smiling with tears in my face. I hate goodbyes they are just sad and everyone cries.
- Hey. - My brother said behind me. I turned around and I saw him with a tear on his eyes.
- Were you crying? - I said smiling. Jason is nineteen years old. Yeah we are very close. The last time I saw him cry was in my sister funeral.
- Well I don't want to loose another sister. - He told me sadly. Those words were really strong for me. My brother will stay alone with my mom. Yeah my parents are divorced and we never see our dad.
- Jase you won't loose me. You can come whenever you want. - I said smiling.
- Yeah they are lots of pretty girls at Stanford. - He said with a funny smile.
- That's cause I am going there. - I told him laughing. And he gave me a funny look.
- Well we have to go. - My mom told me with a sad smile. I will miss them a lot. But this is the right decision for me. Since my sister died everything went wrong. My parents got divorced and my mom is not the same. Although I am very close to my brother I wish I could go back and change many things. But this is my reality and I can't change it. So that's why I am going out of London. I went for my backpack ready to leave this place. We got in the car with everything ready.

The city was beautiful I would miss the rainy days. I usually wear my pajamas and my mom will make hot chocolate. Sometimes I dreamed with my first kiss. Yeah is stupid to dream those things. Actually it was one of my bucket list kiss in the rain. But those memories just vanished after the accident. Before everything happened I used to dreamed with my bucket list. But they were just dreams.

- What are you thinking? - My brother asked me. He is always asking me how I am. Yeah he is always there for me. Actually he looks like my twin brother. My sister was fifteen when she died. She was very young. She was my dads favorite well that's what I thought. My mom has tried to continue with her life but I think it is very hard for her. She broke up with her last boyfriend because she said it wasn't working. Yeah he was the number ten. It's funny how she has a boyfriend for a month and then she breaks up. But at least she tries. And know it's my turn to continue with my life.

- We arrived. - My mom told us. She was crying very hard. When she went out of the car I gave her a hug. Jason gave me a hard hug and he kissed my forehead. I will miss that.
- Take care of mom. - I told Jason with a smile and tears in my face.
- Yeah and promise me you will take care of yourself. - He told me with a serious face.
- I always do. - I said laughing.
- Yeah sure. - He said laughing.
- Well it's time for you to go in that airplane. - My mom told me with a smile.
- Yeah, I thought this day will never happen. But it did happen so I am here saying goodbye. I love you guys. - I said crying. Like I said I hate goodbyes.
- We love you too and someone else will be missing you. - My mom said looking behind me.  I turned around and I saw my best friend Anne. Yesterday we cried and I thought it would be the last time I see her.
- Anne! I thought that I wouldn't see you today. - I said and I gave hug her.
- Of course I will come with you. - She said crying. I will miss this girl. We have been best friends since we were four years old. We are more like sisters.
- I will miss our pajama parties. - I said laughing. Yeah we are eighteen and we still making pajama parties.
I said goodbye to everyone and I went in. This will be another chapter of my life I hope it's a great one. I gave my passport and my luggage to the flyer attendant. I went for some chips and I waited for my airplane to be anonounced.

- Flying twenty five time to aboard. - Well it's time.
