Chapter 14- Katelyns POV
So Jake has a sweet side, or so I think. I wake up every morning to good morning texts. He's the reason I get up in the mornings. Everything he says is perfect. Guess you can say I love him..
Jakes POV
"So you and Katelyn tomorrow?" I heard a "Friend" say. He's one of those guys you laugh with, but don't really trust.
"Yeah" I said smugly "let's see how far I get with this one." Girls put out easily and I'm sure shes the same. Not many girls can resist me. Plus, I've been sweet talking her for about a week!
"Well have fun" he said winking as I started off down the hallway, to my locker.
I wonder what all I could say to soften her up? Hmm how about "Your the one for me" or "I've never felt this way before." That last one ALWAYS works. I crouched down exchanging my binders and waited to push back in the crowd.
"Jake!" I heard someone call my name is a fierce tone. I didn't even have to turn around to know who it was. It was Megan.
"What" I said in the same snappy tone.
"I heard what you said about Katelyn. About the whole lets see how far I get with this one"
"What?" I said innocently
"I heard you" she said matter-of-factly
Great. She's going to ruin this. I huffed and turned around to walk over. I wonder if she'll tell her? I took one glance back and saw Katelyn looking my way with tears in her eyes, and Megan by her side. She told her.
