Angie's POV:
- Sultanim! - Zülfikar called while I was still panicking - I opened the door!
We were still trying to get inside the palace to save my son from Safiye Sultan, who was obviously the reason of this whole attack.
The attackers are from the Enderun, where Fahriye Sultan was hiding so it was quite easy for Safiye to get them by her side and break in.
- Okay, good! - I nodded as I headed inside, but he stopped me - What?!
- I'll go first! - he demanded.
I just nodded and let him go first.
I'm desperate to find my son, but I don't want to die before that and I know Zülfikar can protect me and all of us.
So I let him.
As we were heading in he opened the door and sneaked inside.
- Hah! - I gasped quietly when I saw all the dead agas and other guards around the place.
- Stay here until I tell you to come, okay? - said Zülfikar meanwhile.
- Okay... Okay...
I was completely frozen anyway.
They did a great job destroying everything in the palace, huh?
Dead bodies everywhere, bloody walls and so much more which is more like a nightmare at this point and I'm getting more and more terrified.
Soon luckily Zülfikar came back so I could come in fully and go after him, but everything got worse as we got in.
Going on and on he killed some of them, but we also had to hide a few times as some of Safiye's men were walking by.
- God... How many of these are there?! - I hissed in anger.
- Probably many - he replied as we headed more inside.
Unfortunately we had to break apart as at one moment way too many of them came to attack us and I also heard the Valide's voice coming from nearby so of course I headed towards there while on my way I also grabbed a torch.
- Get away!! - I shouted.
At this point pure shock could be seen on both Azura's face and Handan's face as I was trying to fight the men alone.
But then Zülfikar appeared and within only seconds he slid all the four men's throat while we were standing there, in shock.
My baby's cry snapped me out of the shock and ran up to Handan immediately go get him from her.
- Oh, Allah... - she sighed.
- We have no time to relax Valide Sultan - Zülfikar spoke up - We need to go!
- Wait, we need to find Mahfiruze! - I snapped - We need to get her out too!
- Right! - Handan nodded.
- I'll look for her! - he said.
- No, we will! - I said which he didn't argue anymore as he knew he can't.
But since we were pretty far from the secret door we still had a long way to go together so the others will be with us anyway.
