Realizing Each Other's Love

Chapter 3

Marie's P.O.V.

      It is now the end of my first day at my new school. I made one really nice friend. Her name is Gwen and she let me sit with her and her friends at lunch.

      She seems really nice and she invited me over to her house after school. I called my mom during lunch and told her and she said that Will asked to go with some friends after school, so I was fine.

      Gwen and I have seventh hour together, so right after class we went over to her house. I found out she lives right down the street from me.

       "So Marie, how was your first day at Young High School?" she asked once we were in her room.

        "It was cool." I shrugged my shoulders.

        "Did you see any cute boys?" she asked me giving my the flirty eyebrows.

        "Well there were these two guys I saw. They are probably really good friends because they were messing around and talking as they were walking into their second hour class. One of them are in my Bio class. I think his name is Isaac?" I told her.

         "Oh Isaac and Dustin. Yeah they have been friends since they were born. Their mom's went to high school together and have been friends ever since." Gwen told me.

         "Oh, that's cool. They seem like jocks." I asked her.

         "Yeah they both play football and basketball.They are also really good at both sports." Gwen said.

         "Cool, so should we get started on our homework?" I asked her. She nodded and then we got started on our loads of homework.

         Five hours later, my mom texted me saying she was outside waiting for me. I said goodbye to Gwen and then left.

         I hope that Gwen and I can be really good friends. I feel like she likes on of the boys that we were talking about. I don't know which one, but one of them. Both of them are really cute. I hope neither of them are jerks.
