The next morning, as I made my way down the girls' dormitory stairs I received many wary and wonder-filled glances.

I rolled my eyes, noting to myself to keep an eye on the mischievous pair of red haired twins.

A loud popping sound echoed in my ear, causing me to jump.

Speaking of the devils..

"Hiya Piper!" George, I'm assuming, cooed, messing up my blonde hair.

I growled at him, causing their grins to widen.

"Pip-pip!" I internally groaned at the nickname as Vincent jogged down the stairs.

"Pip-pip?" the twins mused in unison.

"Oh hey George, Fred." Vince nodded before hugging me. "Hey Vince." they echoed.

I raised my brow but otherwise kept silent. "Lets go to breakie shall we?" Vince offered.

I simply nodded, and once more, the twin had looped their arms with mine and dragged me along, much to my greater annoyance of course, with Vince laughing as he followed beside us.

At breakfast my eyes never trailed from Vincent, whom joked around with Fred.

"So Candy-Cane what's up?" George questioned as he threw an arm around my shoulder.

I shrugged off his arm. "Where in blazes did you come up with that name?" I ridiculed. "Vince told us your middle name was Candice, so Candy came from there." he shrugged, a seemingly blush rising to his cheeks.

"Hm, creative." I murmured, turning my gaze to my brother once more.

Suddenly a rough hand was placed on my shoulder. My gaze snapped up to a blonde haired and grey eyed boy, around two years younger.

"Come on then Grace, I don't have all day!" he spat. I merely raised an eyebrow in question.

"Oh bloody hell, Dumbledore is making me give you a tour." he snapped.

"What about Vincent?" I questioned. "Granger will be showing him around." he spat the name as if it were vulgar on his tongue.

I nodded solemnly. "I'll see you in a bit, Twin." I muttered, standing as most of the Gryffindors' gazes turn on me and my supposed tour guide.

"What do you want Malfoy?" a green eyed boy spat. I eyed the boy carefully, taking in that he was indeed, Harry Potter.

"None of your business, Potter." he spat, before grabbing my wrist and dragging me from the hall.

As soon as we were in the haven of the hallway he held out his hand.

"Malfoy. Draco Malfoy." A growl rumbled in my throat.

"I don't associate with Malfoys', I've had enough of those god damned Death Eaters." I spat, turning away from him.

"Ha! You speak of my family as if we are nothing, you see in the end when the Dark Lord wins!" he scowled as he gripped my shoulder, preventing me from leaving.

"Hm really, Malfoy? I'd assume that your leader is too weak to even lead an army of disabled soldiers." I mocked.

"You take that back wench!" he spat. I leaned my face closer to his.

"Never."

"Impedimenta!" he slurred out, pointing his wand in my direction.

I immediately shifted and dodged the attack, lunging forwards, knocking his wand out of his hand.

He whimpered beneath me as I growled lowly at him.

I shifted, so I stood over him, my legs on either side of his waist.

"Don't challenge me Draco Malfoy, ever heard the saying, 'Respect your elders?'" I spat, striding away from him.

I leaned against the wall outside of Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom, waiting patiently for Vincent to be dismissed.

After several more minutes people came piling out, most either ignoring me or giving me hearty smiles.

I frowned slightly, why on earth is everyone so friendly to me, I've made it obvious I don't want to be friends with anyone.

"Pip-pip!" a voice cheered. I was tackled in a hug moments later by none other than my twin brother.

"Hello, Twin." I mumbled, patting his back lightly as he pulled away.

"Oh Miss. Grace, good, good.." a rather short and.. Pink.. Lady stepped out from the classroom.

"I am Professor Umbridge, and I'd like you to meet me in my office at seven tonight."

"And why is that?" I questioned. A cynical smile stretched over her face. "I don't tolerate bullying Miss. Grace." and with that she scurried off.

I clenched my fists. Bloody Malfoy, he's the one who attacked me. What a puss, can't even live up to a fight.

As Vincent and I walked down the hallways two arms from opposite sides looped with my arms.

"Hello Candy-Cane!" they cheered. I groaned internally. I shot Vince a meaningful look which caused him to laugh.

"I think the name suites you!" he chuckled. "Ha, for your information Twin, I am not sweet, nor am I sugary." I grumbled.

"Oh course you are Candy-Cane." Fred teased. "You're sweetness is just locked away and buried beneath your exterior." George mused, they bumped my hips with theirs, causing me to stumble slightly.

I growled in annoyance, shifting, causing them to lose their grip on me.

"Bloody hell! That ain't fair!" Fred whined. I simply flicked my tail at him before nipping at Vince's heels causing him to speed up.

"Well, goodbye I suppose." Vince murmured, walking quickly down the hall as I followed closely behind.

"BYE CANDY-CANE!" the shouted in unison. I simply turned towards them and hit them in the back of their knees with my powerful tail, causing them to stumble ahead slightly.

I snickered internally.

Don't mess with Piper Grace, Weasleys.
