The next morning I was searching through my closet at a rapid pace. Why you may ask? Well.. Today was my date with George, and I of course, don't have an outfit ready.

Heaving a loud sigh I plopped my arse down on my bed, falling backwards.

Is this how all normal teenage girls feel?

"Aha!" I squealed, lunging towards my closet.

As soon as I pulled the outfit on I slapped myself for being so childish.

I looked in the mirror, biting my lip hesitantly as I allowed my hair to fall from it's usual everyday bun.

My blonde hair fell two inches above my elbow if it were bent. I combed my hair and applied body spray, then pulling on the outfit.

I wore simple bluejeans, black knee-high boots, a red hidden by my black button jacket and a Gryffindor red and gold scarf. And of course my regular eyeliner and mascara.

Sighing I looked at the clock, seeing we'd leave for Hogsmade in five minutes.

I made my way down the stairs blinking frantically and several light flashes went off.

When my vision finally returned, I glared at Fred and Vince who were holding cameras.

"Thanks for internally blinding me." I murmured. "No problem! Georgie is going to drool when he sees you!" Fred cooed, flicking a blonde hair out of my eyes.

"Where is he?" I questioned. "Waiting near the carriages for you, he took forever just to pick out an outfit." Fred sighed exasperated.

I cracked a smile, turning to look at Vince. I noticed the tears in his eyes. "Aw, Twin what's wrong? Who do I have to murder?" I questioned sweetly, causing him to chuckle.

"No one, just good to see your hair down for once." he lied, his eyes down, he hugged me close to his chest. I smiled hugging him back, then pecking Fred and Vince on the cheek before jogging towards the carriages.

As soon as I saw George waiting beside a carriage, fiddling with his fingers my heart squeezed in my chest. He looked so handsome.

I padded towards him, causing him to look up, his jaw dropping.

"P-piper?" he stuttered in a high voice.

"Hi." I greeted. He reached forwards holding my hands softly as he pulled me against him.

"You looked beautiful." he breathed, placing a quick kiss on my temple. I smiled happily. "Not to bad yourself Weasley." I mused, playing with his Gryffindor scarf.

He smiled a tight smile, causing me to frown slightly. He then helped me up into the carriages.

"George.. Are you okay?" I questioned. When were in The Three Broomsticks, sipping our butter-beers. He hasn't said a word to me since the carriages, and he was constantly looking at him feet.

"Yes, why wouldn't I be?" he questioned tightly.

I sighed, downing the rest of my butter-beer I abruptly stood, causing him to look up.

"Well, if you're having regrets on asking me out don't let that stop you from having fun. Alone." I muttered, storming out of the Three Broomsticks, apparating as soon as I was outside, leaving the viewers to stare at air.

As soon as my feet touched the cool ground of the Forbidden Forest, I ran deeper, wanting to isolate myself from everyone and everything.

I broke out crying as soon as I couldn't see the castle any longer.
