"Hello deary, you will be writing lines with my special quill. One sheet of parchment, single spaced with the words, 'I will not bully my peers' written over." Umbridge escorted me to a desk.

I stared down at the parchment and red quill for a moment before writing.

By the end of detention my arm was covered in my own handwriting.

My arm was dripping with blood, causing me to weaken with every falling drop of blood.

I stumbled down the corridor, clutching my arm to my chest as my eyes grew heavy.

I fought the fatigue, desperately trying to stay awake.

"Miss Grace.." A voice drawled. I turned and glared up into the deep depths of Severus Snape's eyes. "Explain to me why you are out after curfew." he drawled.

"Detention." I muttered. "Very well then, get to your dormitories." he spat. I merely nodded, to weak for a snotty comeback.

Just as I turned and walked a few steps away I was jerked backwards by a hand gripping my upper arm.

My robe's sleeve was pushed up to reveal my bloodied and scarred arm.

Severus' eyes flickered up to mine. "A blood quill I presume?" he questioned. I nodded. He let out a exasperated sigh.

"Come with me to my office, I'd best get you healed before you drop dead." he began to drag me down a hallway.

"I'd rather die." I spat, glaring down at his hand. "Don't touch me." I jerked away from him.

"Don't be foolish you insolent girl!" he spat.

"I'd never let a Death Eater touch me again!" I spat loudly, noticing how pain flickered in his eyes momentarily.

I spun around and stormed towards Gryffindor Tower.

As I made my way up the revolving stairs, a sudden wave of fatigue hit me, causing black dots to appear over my sudden line of vision.

I collapsed, blacking out within seconds.
