Upstairs, Miguel and Henrietta were fussing about Carlos bringing a vampire into their house. In their room, they had the boys sitting on the edge of the bed while they continued arguing.

"Tell me, Carlos," Miguel said while he paced angrily. "Knowing that we are werewolves and we have the distinction to hate vampires, why would you bring one into our home?"

"Sir, I'd rather let the vampire tell his story." Carlos shakily pointed at Michael.

"Well go on, vampire," Miguel stared at Michelangelo.

"Well, uh..." Michael stalled and stammered as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"Spit it out, boy!" Miguel yelled.

"Miguel, stop it!" Henrietta said to Miguel and held onto his arm. She then went over to Michael and bent over to talk to him. "Sweetie, while don't you tell us your story?"

"Well, I ran away from Transylvania after having a fight with my grandpa over living in America." Michael started explaining. "So... I ran away. I tried to come to America. But a storm knocked me here in Puerto Vallarta. And later at night, I found Carlos and decided to come with him for a meal and hopefully a place to stay for a while."

"Aw! You poor thing!" Henrietta said as she felt sorry for Michael.

"Don't baby him, Henrietta!" Miguel said.

"But he's far away from home!" Henrietta said as she stroked Michael's hair.

"So what?!" Miguel shouted.

"He's far from home! He needs a place to stay!" Henrietta said. "Maybe he should stay here for a little while."

"Stay?! Who said anything about him staying?!" Miguel shouted.

"We talked about it earlier today." Henrietta said.

"We? Who's we?!?" Miguel asked.

"Me, Michael, and Carlos." Henrietta said.

"No way!" Miguel disagreed.

"Come on, Miguel!" Henrietta begged. "Don't you remember when Carlos ran away? He had no home and no other family to go to. Well now, this is another kid and we'd be helping the child by letting him stay here and treat him like family."

Miguel suddenly remembered when Carlos ran away. The fear he had for his lost son. Miguel later shook his head and came up with a decision.

"As long as he doesn't touch my stuff... he can stay." He said.

Everyone cheered and leaped for joy. Carlos then went over to Miguel and hugged his dad in joy.

"You won't regret this, Papá!" Carlos said.

"I'd better not, Carlos!" Miguel said as he hugged Carlos back.
