Sentimental Texting

Michelangelo was howling so loud on the roof, that everyone miles away could faintly hear him. His howling was suddenly stopped by his cell phone going off with a ding in his back jeans pocket. He looked on his phone to see that it was Jennifer texting him.

Jen: Hey, are you okay?
Me: Just fine. Why?
Jen: As soon as I saw the door close, I heard you fussing with your grandpa!
Me: I was fussing because of you.
Jen: Why?
Me: He scared you! I don't like it when he scares you!
Jen: Don't worry 'bout it! I'm fine! BTW, was that you howling so loudly earlier?
Me: Yeah...
Jen: Is that why you're howling? Over me?
Me: No. Our fussing turned into a full blown argument. And he said I was a disgrace to all vampires; including him. Including him, Jen!
Jen: Well, don't let him get you down!
Me: Jen, maybe you should stay away from me for now on. I think I'm going to drink blood so my grandpa wouldn't be ashamed of me anymore...
Jen: No! Don't drink blood! Not drinking blood makes you the greatest vampire ever! And being a part of your family, your granddad should love you for being you. He shouldn't try to change you! And if he doesn't love you for you, then that's all on him!
Me: Thanks, Jenny! You are seriously the best! You always know what to say to make me feel better!
Jen: No problem! Today is Wednesday. When's Carlos coming over?
Me: Friday. Why?
Jen: Well, to make you feel even better, we'll have a pizza party at Pizza Hut Friday and Carlos can come along with you!
Me: That'd be great! But how will you pay for it?
Jen: Margret and I will chip in. We have enough to!
Me: But Margret hates me!
Jen: Margret does not hate you! She's just scared of you!
Me: Call it what you want to but all the same, she hates me!
Jen: Whatever! Just bring Carlos to Pizza Hut with you Friday night. Good night! (And no more howling in sorrow!)
Me: Alright, alright, and alright! No more howling! Good night and see you Friday!
Jen: Yeah, see you then! 😉
