Late at night, a guitar was playing muffled in the Von Stein's dark mansion like home. Vermano walked around the house looking for his grandson.

"My grandson, where is my grandson?!" He asked. "It's way past sundown!" He then heard a guitar faintly playing close by downstairs.

Vermano went downstairs to his grandson's room. He heard the guitar playing loudly but quietly in a crypt.

"Of course," he sneered. With a wipe of his hand, Vermano made all the candles in the room light up. He then opened the crypt to find his grandson sleeping with his guitar on his chest and his mini T.V. on with Jimi Hendrix playing "Purple Haze" with the heard guitar playing. Vermano then turned off the T.V.

"Get up, son!" He roared and awakened his grandson, Michelangelo. Michelangelo woke up and yawned like a lion showing his vampire fangs. Then he stretched and looked at his grandfather.

Michelangelo was a handsome looking vampire with light ebony skin and long black and curly hair that he put in a ponytail and pretty brown eyes. Most of his looks he inherited from his deceased mother, Martha Von Stein while his traits come from his dad, Vinnard Von Stein.

"Hey, Uncle Verm," Michelangelo said as he looked as his grandfather. "What's going on, my favorite grandpa?"

"What's going on, my grandson is that you almost slept till daylight!" Vermano answered. "Really, I don't remember why you call me "uncle" when I'm your grandfather!"

"I call you "uncle" to keep you feeling young, grandpa," Michael said. His stomach suddenly rumbled with hunger. "I'm starving! What's there to eat?"

    "Blood," Vermano growled.

"Ugh, really?! I can't stand blood!" Michael sighed. He then floated upstairs and went straight for the refrigerator in the kitchen.

"What I can't stand is that you, a vampire, don't drink blood!" Vermano growled. "How can you not drink blood and drink tomato juice and eat only human food?! You're a disgrace to vampires everywhere!"

"According to dad, I'm a disgrace only to you!" Michael explained calmly and shrugged it off.

"Your father can sometimes be a fool!" Vermano said. "By the way, Jennifer called. She says she's coming to get you tonight at ten."

"Oh yeah," Michael remembered as he drank tomato juice. "We're going to see a movie for "Monster Movie Night" tonight! I almost forgot!"

"Yes. Hopefully she'll take you out to drink blood." Vermano murmured.

"I seriously doubt that, Uncle." Michael said as he put his glass of tomato juice in the refrigerator.

"Why don't you ever have her as your victim, Michelangelo?" Vermano asked as he floated upstairs form Michael's room. "She's perfect for you and probably has perfect blood!"

"She's... special, Uncle!" Michael said as he leaned on the opened refrigerator door. "It's just something in her that makes you want to be her friend and maybe... more than a friend."

"To you maybe, but not to me," Vermano growled.

Michael sighed, rolled his eyes and shook his head. Suddenly, the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it!" He shouted. He ran to the door and opened it to see Jennifer looking very beautiful in her green dress with her pale white skin glowing in the moonlight and blonde hair beautifully curled. "Hey, Jennifer, what's up?"

"Good evening, Michelangelo!" Jennifer said with a fake Transylvanian accent and bowed with Michael rolling his eyes. "Are you ready to go see Dracula for Monster Movie Night?"

"Just remember, I saw this when I was a kid. So don't expect me to be surprised in every scene Dracula pops up in!" Michael explained.

"I understand," Jennifer said. "You're one hundred and nineteen years old; you should've seen it years ago. Now get dressed in your Sunday's best!"

"Okay, just hold on for a second!" Michael said. He used his vampire speed and was back at the door with regular clothes and a tie with a fedora. "Ta-da! How did I do?"

"Those were only two seconds, but okay let's go to see Dracula at best!" Jennifer said.

"Wait!" Vermano shouted and went to the front door using his vampire speed. He pulled Jennifer close to him by her arm and whispered in her ear. "Make sure he drinks some blood tonight! I want him to at least taste one drop of it!"

Jennifer was pushed out of the door and the door was closed behind her forcefully.

"What did my uncle say?" Michael asked Jennifer as she walked up to him.
"Uh... nothing! He said nothing to me!" Jennifer stammered and lied.

"He told you to make sure I drink blood didn't he?" Michael asked.

    "Uh..." Jennifer stammered.

Michael laughed at his grandfather's attempt to make him drink blood while he was out with Jennifer.

"That man!" He shook his head. "He never gives up! He thinks I'll always listen to you!"

"You do always listen to me!" Jennifer said.

"Oh? And why is that?" Michael asked.

"Because, I put a love spell on you," Jennifer joked. "And you love me!"

Michael smiled with glee and looked at Jennifer who smiled back at him.

Soon enough, they were at the movie theater and headed for the door. Being a gentleman, Michael opened the door for Jennifer.

"Thank you!" She said and bowed her head to Michael.

"No problem," he said as he made his fangs shrink into normal teeth. He touched them to make sure they were perfectly normal. "Perfect!"

They had gotten popcorn as soon as they came in and went in the room to see Dracula.

While Dracula was playing, Jennifer rested her head on Michael's shoulder and then put her hand on his chest. Michael smiled and returned the favor by putting his arms around her as if he was going to kiss her.
