Chapter 8

_________________________

Sorry if this chapter is there twice. It's because I didn't read it until after I posted it and it had a lot of mistakes, so I deleted the chapter but it didn't delete it on the story. So I'm posting it again.

"Are you sure?"

He asks.

"Yes, 3 out of 4 tests were positive."

I tell him.

"Oh god, I can't be a father. I can't be."

He starts panicking.

"So you don't want to have this baby?"

I ask him. Tears starting to flood out.

"I don't know. I need time to think."

He says.

"No it's fine, I totally get it but you won't have to walk around for 9 months with a baby growing in you."

I yell at him.

"Elissa."

He says but I walk out, slamming the door.

The only one who I can talk to about this is mat and hope that he won't judge me.

I call his phone and he answers

"Hello?"

"Hey mat, it's Elissa."

"What's up?"

"I need you to come over, I need to tell you something and I can't do it over the phone."

"Is it serious?"

"Just come over."

"Fine, see you soon."

"Bye."

I walk inside and sit on the coach, waiting for him.

Within 10 minutes, mat is knocking on the door.

"Hey. What's wrong?"

He asks.

I pull him into the lounge room and sit him down.

"Well you know how 3 months ago I got out of hospital and you came to visit but I told you that you had to leave."

I start.

"Because josh was coming over...?"

"Please tell me you didn't."

He says seriously.

I nod my head as tears start to form.

"And your..."

"Pregnant. Yes."

I tell him.

"I'm sooo sorry Elissa. Do you want to keep it?"

He asks.

"Yes but I don't think josh wants to be apart of it."

Tears start rushing down my cheeks.

"What did he say? Tell me from the beginning when you told him."

He orders me.

"Well... I asked him if he was alone, he nodded, I walked in and he started mumbling about something but I told him I was pregnant, he said 'I can't be a father, I can't' he said he didn't know if he wanted the baby, he needed time to think."
