Can someone please explain the symptoms or signs or whatever it is for anxiety? For the people that are diagnosed with it? Because I have a sharp pain in my chest. And it's 10:30 pm so I wasn't doing anything productive. So it's not like I was running and normal nervousness doesn't give me sharp pains.
Sorry that this is a dumb question.
I wasn't ever diagnosed with depression and anxiety, but I'm pretty sure I have it. Because of my background and over half my family has chronic depression and I think major depression. And anxiety. And are suicidal.
My mom doesn't think I have either -.- but I'm very well sure that I have depression. I DONT mean that as a "Well, just because my family has it. I should. " or a "I hope I have it. " kinda way.
I just am very sure. But she won't say "Oh well next time we go to the doctor's. We'll ask them about (questions? Idk what they do to determine if you have depression and anxiety) it."
