We walked down stairs and I walked to my room and laid back down with him in my arms.Then he whispered "Mommy I missed you."I teared up. "I know baby."
Derek walked in and I was thanking the lord I had a giant bed.He got in next to Lauren and wrapped his arms around us both.I could tell that he liked Lauren who was already sleeping as close to me as was possible. "Derek?" I asked hoping Lauren was asleep as he looked. "Yeah babe?" "Do you think that he will be ok you know when I die since I'm not immortal."I asked on the verge of crying. "Honey you just met him how could you be worrying about that already?"He asked almost in shock. "Well I feel like I've known him for centuries and I can't hurt him."I said actually crying now. "Shhhh don't worry tommorrow after you get the rest of your gists you will offically be a goddess and indastructible immortal."He stated matter of factly."Oh I feel better now just stay alive till tomorrow." "yes now sleep love."He begged."OK"

"HELP.PLEASE DON"T TOUCH HIM!"I screamed at the strange man. Then somthing weird happened I slit my arm and Put my arm out shot him with lightnig that came from my hand. I grabbed Lauren from the man's arms while he died painfully. "It's ok baby mommys here."I sothed him.He snuggled into my arms while I Rubbed his back.
~End of dream~
Oh god I awoke to see that Derek was gone and Lauren was still in my arms asleep.I looked at the clock 12:00pm Ok time to get up. "Sweetie.Sweetie get up."I said my voice was some how stronger.It kinda freaked me out. "Mommy?" he asked opening his eyes and gasping. "What!?!"Baby are you ok?" I asked checking for danger. "No my your eyes." Ha said shakey. I got up and walked to the vanity then I gasped."Oh god.My eyes there different.WAY DARKER." I said because I felt Derek's hands on my waist. "I don't get it you haven't even learned how to use your last power!"
Then I remebered the dream. "Derek get me a knife."He debated then gave me his pocket knife. "Ok now back up." He did as I told and i pulled Lauren behind me.
Then I slit my wrist Derek treid to stop me but I put up a reasuring hand. THen I looked at the bed I hoped we could get a new on and Aimed,Got ready,FIRE! Then it came out lighting it felf good to realease it like a opened to take stress out on.
Derek gasped and then I looked at my wrist.It was completely healed.Then out of the corner of my eye I saw Lauren start to sway and I caught him easily. "Oh goddess he fainted."I said."He's fine babe but, where did you learn that?"He asked."In a dream." "Well that..is....intresting..i think."He started mumbling to him self so I took lauren down stairs to try to wake him up.
We got in the living room and put Lauren on the couch. Wait where is Abby she's always up by now. i walked down the hallway.
"Abby?"
No answer
I walked into her romm to find her in bed. "Come on Abby wake up." No response
I walked up to the bed. "Abby?"THere were tears falling down my cheaks.I rolled her over she was pale and cold."goddess no!"I picked her up off the bed into my arms. "DEREK!"I screamed. He was down in a flash. "A..Abby's dead." I whined and fell on to the bed with Abby's stiff body. "Oh no!"He said then he fell to the ground in tears.Then I felt a little pair of arms around me. "Mommy don't cry what's wrong?"He asked worried as ever."Baby aunt Abby has passed away."I said a bit stronger.
THen he burst in to tears.When I saw him cry I could feel the anger."I will find the bastard that did it to her."
